Figuring Out Who You Are

1) Discover your values and beliefs. Values are a big part of understanding self identity. For example, if you value kindness, this affects the way you interact with each other. What type of person do you want to be? How do you want to treat others?

2) Explore your passions. Find what gets you going and makes you happy. Go over the activities that make you lose track of time

3) Look over some challenges you've faces. What we go through shows us how strong we are and how we react in different situations.

4) Evaluate your strengths. Know your strengths can help figure out your identity. Consider the complements you've gotten from people in regards to what you're good at

5) Figure out where you can grow. Be honest with yourself and look at your weaknesses. What are your bad habits. Were given opportunities all the time to improve so use it to better yourself

6) Imagine your future self. Choose a point in the future and think about what your life will be like with the best possibilities. Write the details down and how you'll get there.

7) Likes/ Dislikes. When it comes to figuring out your identity, what you like and what you dislike has a lot to do with who you are. Figuring what you like is a big part in helping you find your individuality whether it's the shows you watch, the way you express yourself through fashion or even your taste in food.
