• Clean your room. They most likely won't let you go out if your room looks like a tornado messed it up.
• Know where you are going, when you will return, how many people are going and who is picking you up/dropping you off.
• Make sure your plans aren't canceled (especially if they're canceled last minute) as it can annoy your parents and make them lose trust in the people you are hanging out with.
• Make sure you've done every piece of homework you have. Don't think "Oh I'll do it when I come back." because you probably won't.
• Check if you have some money. Sometimes you'll never know if you need it.
• Remind them day after day until the day you go out. Parents hate being "surprised" at last minute plans. In fact it might seem suspicious to them and they might not trust the person you're going out with.
• Ask them kindly.
• Don't be constantly be bugging them if they say no. There will be other opportunities to go.
