*Riley's POV*

My last period teacher let my class go 10 minutes before the bell rang so I decided to wait for Peter by his locker. I made the trip up the stairs of the three story building and looked for his locker.

A minute later the bell for school to end rang and students filled the hallways. I looked through the people to see if I could see him and I saw the ADIDAS logo. "Hey, ready to go?" I asked. "Yeah. I just need to put my textbook away." he said holding his history textbook. He put in his combination and put in the textbook.

"Okay, I'm ready." he said shutting his locker and turning to me. "Alright. Everyone is meeting in the parking lot." I said as I led him to it. A few twist, turns and running into people we finally made it to the meeting spot. There there was Kevin, Emily and Alyssa.

"Hey guys." I waved. "You made it. Ethan, Tracy and Sadie are on their way." Emily smiled. "There they are." Kevin said pointing behind me. "We made it." Sadie said. "Awesome. Now how is the car situation working out?" I asked. "The girls are going in my car and the boys are going in Ethan's." Alyssa clarified.

"Nice. Let's get going then." Ethan said. I followed the girls to Alyssa's 2016 Honda Accord. Getting in, I got in the passenger's seat while Alyssa drove and Tracy, Emily and Sadie sat in the back.

"Alright let's get going." Alyssa said starting the car. The fair was on the other side of Aldcrest by Collins High School so the ride would take awhile. We followed Ethan and the boys to get there.

"So Emily, how's you and Kevin's relationship?" Sadie asked out of the blue. "W-W-What?" Emily sputtered. "Oh c'mon we all know something is going on. What is it." Tracy pressured. "Mmmm" Emily said thinking. "Tell us." I said. "Okay, okay fine." Emily said smiling.

"So the other day when I was mad I went to the library and I was reading a book at a table in the back when Kevin came in and he asked if we could talk and so he said that he was sorry about the whole Brittany thing and then I said it was okay.

"But then he kept talking about his feelings towards me and I told him to stop and then he was really embarrassed or whatever and then I told him that I kinda like him because I do then he kissed me." Emily rambled.

"Wait, wait, wait, wait. You kissed?" Alyssa said looking through the rearview mirror. Emily nodded her head. "How was it?" Sadie asked. "It was good I guess. I mean I've only kissed him twice." Emily explained. "So you guys are together?" I asked excitedly. "Well no. Or I don't think. He hasn't said anything about it." Emily thought.

"Well what happened after you guys kissed?" Sadie asked. "He didn't say anything really. We just sat there in like a comfortable silence." Emily said. "You guys are totally together!" Tracy squealed. "No, not yet." Emily nodded.

"So there's a yet!" I laughed. "Well now you guys are half dating as in you guys can't date anyone else because it will hurt the other's feelings." Alyssa said. Emily just rolled her eyes.

"Anyway," Alyssa started. "Riley how's you and Peter?" "We're good. Nothing more than friends." I said. "Sure, whatever. But do you think he likes you?" Tracy asked.

"Well, I don't know. He was looking at me weirdly this morning." I shrugged. "Like how weirdly?" Emily asked. "Like: 'Oh, Hi Riley' weirdly or like: 'Wow you look really nice' weirdly." Sadie clarified. "Uh the second one." I said thinking.

"He likes you!" Emily gasped kicking my seat. "What? That doesn't mean anything. It could just simply think my outfit was nice." I said turning to her. "Oh please. He's a boy. All boys are boys. Therefore he likes you." Tracy said pointing towards me. I rolled my eyes at her comment and turned around.

"We're here." Alyssa said driving into the parking lot. We parked next to Ethan and the boys and got out the car. "Yay, we're finally here." Emily said stretching as she got out the car. "Let's get going." Sadie said. We walked up to the entrance and got wristbands when we paid. Then Sadie stopped suddenly.

"What?" Tracy asked. "Look around." Sadie said looking around. I gasped. It was unlike anything I've seen. Everything seemed to be so out of order but everything fit together perfectly. There was so much to focus on. There were booths, food trucks, picture booths, roller coasters and a lot more.

"It's amazing..." Alyssa said. "Agreed." Tracy nodded. "What are we gonna do?" Kevin asked. "Games." Emily said. "Okay but this place is pretty big." Ethan said looking around. "We should have a buddy system." Alyssa said turning to the group.

"Ethan and Tracy, Emily and Kevin, Peter and Riley, and Sadie and me." She continued. "Okay. I'm down." Kevin agreed. "Alright. In an hour we meet back at the entrance. Deal?" Ethan said. We all agreed and went our separate ways.

"What do you want to do?" I asked Peter as we walked around. "I'm not sure. I've never been here before." he said. "What? Really?" I asked him shocked. "Yeah. I don't go out a lot. I mean I've never really had anyone to hang out with." he said. "Your parents never took you anywhere?" I asked. He shook his head. His parents never did anything for him. That's awful.

"Well where have you been?" I asked. "Uh, Disneyland and that's pretty much all." He shrugged. "I've never been there." I said a bit shy. "What?! You've never been to Disneyland!?" His voice turning shocked. "No. My parents have never taken me." I said. "Dang." He said shaking his head.

"Well, will you take me to Disneyland?" I asked jokingly. It looked like he thought about this hard. "Sure." He said smiling at me. I gave him a confused look. "You know I was joking, right." I said. "But I'm not." He said looking around. "You are not taking me to Disneyland. That's so much money." I protested. "I know. But I'm gonna find out how." he nodded.

"You're not serious. Are you?" I asked. "Yes. I am serious. Very serious. I've never been more serious in my life." He said giving me a stern look. I then realized he was actually serious. "Oh my gosh." I said shaking my head. "You don't have to." I said. "But I will." He nodded his head.

"So what are we gonna do?" he asked. I thought about it. "I'm going to take you on a roller coaster." I smirked. He gave me a unsure look. "It'll be fun. I promise." I said. "Now let's go." I said pulling him by his arm towards to roller coaster.

We got in the fairly long line and began to wait. "So what is this, exactly?" Peter asked. "It's called Mad Mouse. It's nothing dramatic but the turns can be very...turny." I said. "Turny?" Peter repeated me. "Yep." I laughed.

Finally it was our turn and we got on red mouse cart. The bar came down and I got super excited. "Are you ready?" I asked. "Yeah, I guess." he laughed. The roller coaster started and we went up the hill. The first turn came and it felt like we would fall of the roller coaster. "Woah." I heard Peter say under his breath.

The next few turns came and then there was the drop. It wasn't that big but since I haven't gone on this ride in a while the drop felt huge. The cart sped up a bit and we went down. I gripped onto Peter's arm and a small scream came from my lips. I opened my eyes and noticed the ride was over. "That was great." Peter smiled.

Hey

Sometimes I question what I write. Like the logic in this chapter doesn't make sense. A rollercoaster at a fair that moves around a lot. Just think about it.

It don't make sense, right?

Anyway, hope you guys liked this chapter. Next is Peter's POV again.
