Chapter 8: Missing

"Please! You gotta help us! my best friend is missing for the last couple of weeks!" She pleaded, The investigator looked annoyed by how she grab his sleeve.

"Kid, slow down. we're doing our best." he coldly said as he snatch back his arm from the girls grasp, the girl let out a sob.

"It's my fault..." She mumble, the female investigator took notice of this and walk closer to her,

"How so?" The female investigator asked as her voice ran shiver down to the girls spine. she quickly look up to see the cold stare of the officer which made her scare to talk, but...she manage to speak out.

"What happen?"

"I-I...it's my fault that she ran away, jump down over that garden wall..." She pointed to the red brick wall with 20 feet high. The officer clicked her tongue,

"Then why didn't you say something before all this commotion happen?" Then again, it was cold like she does not show any feelings by the way she spoke, Teresa let out a shaky breath before speaking..

"I was...I-I don't know what to do! I was scared! I didn't have the gut to tell any of you guys!" Teresa shout at the officer, The male officer sigh.

"Then why be demanding on finding her then? if this is basically the key to all the problem." The male officer sigh and pointed at the garden wall, "We already sent a chopper to see any girl that's running around behind this garden wall." He coldly said as the Female officer stare down at the scared girl.

"even if it's your fault. you did your best to find her..." She mumble and walk away, "Take her home. it's already late." Demand the female officer as the police nodded and look at Teresa.

"it happened again?" The female officer, Avis, Asked her partner Avix her then brother. Avix simply nods.

"It's been like...This garden...this garden wall already took 10 to 15 children...how will it end?" He asked her and himself.

it is true to be honest, if you would get to know the whole story beyond the garden wall as the detective invest, it was scary. Missing kids were already commit beyond this wall, but...no body was found...nor a dead body. People use to say, especially the old people that...This place was cursed by the death itself.

"What's her name again?" Avis asked, Avix raised his eyebrow.

"Who?"

"The missing girl."

"Oh, Right." He said understanding as he grab something from his bag. it was a golden brown envelope as he handed it to his sister, "Here."

Avis open it and there was a picture of a girl with (H/C) with a big bright closed eye smile.

"(Name) (Last)...? seems familiar."

"I know."

I...can't breath...I feel like I'm upside down...I want-i want to throw up....

My ankle...it hurts, it stings, where am I?

"(Name) (Last)...? seems familiar."

Thats-Thats me! Hey! I'm over here...Stuck in this...Trees! help!

Why can't you-hear me? am I having a lucid dream? What am I doing here? in this...garden wall?

This two person in front of me...it looks like I've seen them before, especially the male. I know them, and...they seem to know me.

to be honest with my self...I really miss my own place, the real world, because for once I knew I'm in a dream...but nothing seems to wake me up! am I stuck in a coma? The two officers continue talking while I did was watch, it's like...I'm not even there to begin with.

"How many kids died in there?"  The female officer asked, The male officer stopped at what ever his doing and froze.

"Sums like...15? I can't numerate. make it 16 if the girl (Name) is dead." He coldly said. Dead? a-am I...Dead?!

I'm dead? that's not possible! I can feel pain! how is that suppose to work.

"Don't say that. we haven't found her body, she may be still alive."

So...non of this is a dream? all of this is all real?!
