Gavroche and Evangeline have been married for a year now. Matthieu learned how to walk but talking took its time. "Come on buddy. Daddy. Say daddy.", he said to Matthieu. Matthieu was laughing as Courfeyrac repeated himself several time.

"Matthieu, are you hungry?", I asked. His curly hair bounced back and forth. I laughed. "Alright. Come here, big boy.", I said. "Can I feed him?", Courfeyrac asked with his puppy eyes. "Yeah sure.", I said, handing him the spoon and the food I made, "and don't forget that Gav and Ev invited us over."

"Of course món chérie. Love you.", he yelled from the small kitchen. I found work in a factory, producing jewelry. "Hey, my love, I don't want you to go to that factory again. I don't trust the foreman. We can live off the money my family provides.", he said.

"A, I appreciate that. I really do. I just feel bad for taking your family's money. I want to provide money for us too.", I said. "Oh my love. You don't need that. I will make sure that you're staying at home from now on.", he said.

"Alright. Did you feed Matthieu?" "Yeah, it's really good.", he said. "It wasn't meant for you. It was for Matthieu. You're getting something different.", I said. "We need to go now!", he yelled.

I grabbed Matthieu and off we were. It was a beautiful day, sun was shining, no cloud to be seen. Sooner or later, we reached the Café. "Bonjour, happy family. Gav and Ev are upstairs. In the old meeting room.", Madame said. Madame looked sick. "Madame are you feeling alright?", I asked.

"Oui, I am. Thank you for asking my dear. Now up, up.", she said laughing. I was worried for Madame. She had survived a Revolution and was leading the entire Café on her own. We walked up to the meeting room and met a fully decorated room.

"Thank you for coming.", Gavroche said. "Of course. We told you guys we'd be here if you needed us.", Courfeyrac said. "Evangeline and I have a surprise for you.", Gavroche said.
