"One day I'm going to judge a spelling bee," my best friend whispered. I looked at the English room we sat in, kids struggling to find the right string of letters for the words. I raised an eyebrow in skepticism.

"Why on earth would you want to judge a spelling bee?" I asked, judgement pouring out of me before I could stop it. He smiled.

"I'll ask one of the kids to spell 'there'," I stared at him, "and when they ask for it in a sentence," he chuckled. "I'll say, 'Their car is parked over there and they're late."
