Chapter Five Continued

I woke up feeling more rested than I have in a long time. I laid there not wanting to move when I realized that my pillow I was cuddling was hard and breathing, I froze, turning my head up I got a close up look at Ryder's sleeping face. Looking down his body I realized I was practically laying on top of him with my leg thrown over his stomach, my arm flung over his chest and my hair fanned out over his chest and shoulder. Embarressed at my position I tired to move off of him but his arms just tightened around me .

"Where do you think your going love?" Ryder asked, his voice deep and Gravely. Most definitely one of the sexiest things I've ever heard! Mentally drooling!

"Um I was just, I'm going to move off you?" I Hadn't meant it to come out like a question. His arms tightened even more, dragging me more on to his chest.

"I quite like just where you are right now," he whispered giving me a sleepy smile, "how'd you sleep?" He asked while gently massaging my side.

"Extremely well actually, you?" I asked.

" best sleep I've had in a long time," he said winking at me.

"Good, what time is it?"

"Almost 9 which means it's time to get ready for training."

"What's training going to be like?" I asked.

"Shouldn't be to bad, we are going to focus on controlling your speed, using your new eye sight and hearing, also try to figure out what your power is," he said looking down at me.

"What do you mean power?" I asked confused.

"Each of us has a power, some control an element or get into someone's mind control them or their emotions. The list goes on forever really, the possibilities are endless you could even have multiple Powers though that is highly rare, rarely ever happens." He said kind of excitedly

"What's your power?"

" well I can make a person's worst nightmare come alive, well not really I can make an image of it that they think it's real and everyone can see it but it can touch you."

"Oh that's a creepy power, I wonder that's mine is going to be..." I said

"We'll fine out soon enough, now go get ready love." Ryder said smackin my ass as I stood up from the bed.

I stood by the bed looking down at him and asked, "What's Norrix's power?"

"Well you know the Greek God Ares?" He asked

"Um yes? God of war and bloodlust right?" I asked.

"Well Ares is a myth based on Norrix." Ryder stated.

"Wow...scary." I said as I walked into the bathroom and took a shower. After I got out of the shower I realized I didn't bring clothes with me... Damn my mind. Poking my head out of the door I said, "Ryder I forgot my clothes so turn around and don't Peek."

"Whatever you say love," he said chuckling as he turned away from me. I walked over to my dresser clutching my towel tight. As I opened a drawer I felt the warm caress of Ryders breath as he whispered into my ear, "you know you're very sexy with just a towel on." As he spoke his lips brushed softly against my ear and his hand rubbed a circle on the back of my side. With the last word leaving his mouth he gave my ear a bite.

I spun around with a full body blush "You said you wouldn't look."

" I said no such thing," he said smirking.

"Uggh"

"Go ahead get dressed." He said still smirking.

I turn back to the dresser and dug out a pair of underwear and bra, trying to put them on while keeping the towel from falling. It wasn't going very well, laughing came from behind me but I refuse to respond to it. While digging around for a shirt and listening to Ryder laugh at me an idea popped in my head.
