Chapter 13

When I woke up I changed into my workout clothes and Ryder, Raiju and I made our way to the void. "Okay how do I change?" I asked.

'Just imagine yourself as a Dragon and it'll happen' Annilit said.

"but I don't know what I even look likes as a Dragon" I said.

'You're beautiful or I should say we are beautiful.' Annilit said

I pictured myself as a dragon but nothing was happening, so I tried picturing myself first then me changing into a dragon. That's when I felt the first crack followed by another and another surprisingly none of it hurt, one more crack came them nothing else.

'Now your a dragon, that wasn't so bad was it?' Annilit asked

"What I changed?" I asked as I looked down to realize my feet were large black and partially scaly, partially exposed bone paws with claws like size of swords and just as if not sharper. I turned my head to see my body, it was quite long and muscular, again not all of my body was covered in scales, bone was exposed in place, there were sharp spikes covering my body, my tail was swishing back and forth looking deadly.

"wow I didn't even notice, I didn't feel any different." I said stunned.

'Now before we can fly let's get you use to walking and moving your wings, it shouldn't be to hard.' Annilit said.

I walked a few steps before my paws trip each other and I slam to the ground flat on my face. Wonderful...

"I see you're having a bit of trouble with your feet," Ryder chuckled, "Come on get back up and try again."

I stood up a bit clumsy. I took a few steps slowly and carefully lifting my paws high, like when you put socks on a dog's paws and they walk awkwardly, though it seemed to be working I haven't fallen.

"Hate to break it to you Tana, but if you're going to learn to walk properly you gotta walk properly." Ryder said after he stopped laughing.

I stomped my feet and snorted at him causing purple lightening to shoot out and land in front of him, he raised his hands in defense, "Hey don't be mad, you looked hilarious!"  

Ignoring him I started raking normal steps, focusing on all four feet. Slowly I increased speed till I was jogging and feeling comfortable with my legs.

'Good looks like you got that down now lets focus on your wings, first lets just stretch them out wide' Annilit said

I stopped jogging and swung my head to look at my wings focusing on stretching the. As they stretched out I realized just how massive they were, they were rugged and tattered looking the ends of them coming to a sickly sharp point that I am sure could impale someone easily.

'Good now flap them' Annilit said. 

I did as she said and flapped them causing my front legs to lift off the ground a bit, 'you got it now get your front legs back down and get into a run while flapping your wings then when you feel ready push off and you'll be flying'

I did as she instructed and got into a fast jog while flapping my heavy wings before leaping into the air and taking off high into the sky, it was exhilarating. I let out a deafening roar before doing a looped loop and circling the meadow. I swooped down low sending out a ball of electricity hurling towards the cabin causing it to explode into a purple mushroom cloud then I shot straight up towards the sun, I went so high the meadow turned into a dot before I did a barrel roll and folded my wings around my body and free fell.

I let myself fall for a while watching the ground get closer, waiting till the last second before I opened my wings wide, straightening out to fly along the ground following the slopes  blasting any tree out of my way before finally coming to a stop and lands by the waterfall. Ryder and Raiju arrived not a second later.
