"Ok so...I'm just going to let Annilit take over so she can talk to you herself." I said as I closed the door to my room.

"oh ok....should I be worried?" Ryder asked as he paced around my room.

"Honestly I'm not sure." I said as I felt Annilit start to take over, "Ah my Ryder, no need to worry my darling," Annilit said walking over to Ryder and placing her?...my?...our? hand on his cheek.

"Ok well what is it that you needed to tell me?" Ryder asked taking our hand from his face and placing a kiss on it.

"Well truthfully the mating ritual becomes very complicated when a non Dragon Spirit is involved and I want to inform you on what would happen if we complete it then you can decide weather we ever complete it." Annilit said the last part in a sad tone.

"Ok well lay it on me." Ryder said taking a seat in one of the chairs while she...? we...? sat across from him.

"Well as you know dragon mates bare each others marks after mating and that involves biting, with her being part vampire, I can promise you that you won't die but it will make you sick, she will have to bite you with my teeth and this has to occur during sex, her teeth will lengthen and when this happens...you will be given a dragon."

"Wait what? Given a dragon? I've never heard of that before...will that mess with my vampire side?" Ryder asked shocked.

"It has happen more than you would think, and no you will be perfectly fine but if you don't want a dragon you can say no."

"no it's not that I just want to know the risks, how sick am I going to get?" he asked leaning his elbows on his knees.

"Well your body is going to be changing slightly so there will be pain from that but you are going to get ill from Tana's blood but it will not cause damage because its not full vampire blood, everything should pass within a day."

"Ok, I'll do the ritual but I need to make preparations for being out of commission for a day or two before we do this." Ryder said standing up.

"Understandable," Annilit said standing up, Ryder walked up to Annilit caressing her/my, this is complicated...I'll figure this out...anyway he caressed my cheek before kissing my lips, "I'll be back Annilit I promise, now can I talk to Tana?"

"Of course" she said sounding very happy before giving me control back. "Hey baby" I said sweetly. "You sure you want to do this?"

"Positive baby, I want to be with you completely and if I gotta get really sick for a day, completely worth it, I'd do anything for you, so I gotta go talk to Norrix about this and appoint someone to be in charge for the next two days then I'll be back." Ryder said giving me a passionate kiss before leaving my room.

"So Annilit what will these marks look like?" I asked out loud

'Well the both of you will bite each other on the base of the neck, I suggest  you go first since he'll get sick once he does, once you've bitten your mate within a day or so a mark that looks like a cross between a birth mark and a tattoo will show up somewhere on each other bodies and it usually of the others dragon. Both of you need to bite while climaxing it doesn't need to be at the same time, so I suggest you tell Ryder to be a good boy and make you cum first' Annilit said laughing.

"I'll do that...he'll be fine right?" I asked her needing to reassure myself
