Chapter 12

We walked to the portal, when we opened it the void looked like a massive library, everyone was standing over by the fireplace in the corner, that was until I walked into the void, the library disappeared being replaced by my mother's field making me pause and look around confused why does it become the field when I walked in every time? I wonder...I thought as I backed out of the void back into the corridor, slowly the void went back to the massive library. By then Norrix, Ryder, Beth, and 3 men I didn't know had joined me by the door.

"Norrix what's happening? why does it do that when I walk in?" I asked.

"Honestly Tana I don't know, I've never seen it do this, it's like it's connected to you, attached to you." Norrix said.

"Is that even possible?" I asked stepping back into the void. Once again having it change to the field. 

Looking at our new surroundings Norrix said, "Well the void is technically alive so in theory   I guess it could be possible if it has connected the important question isn't how, it is why it has or if it wants something. I'll have a few people research this, see if they can find out if anything like this has happened before. There's nothing we can do at the moment and we have to introduce you to our guests."

Norrix gestured to the first of the three men, "Tana let me introduce you to Lord Boe, Lord Boe this is Tana."

Lord Boe was extremely attractive. He has to be at least 6' 5", his skin golden like he spends his days at the beach, his hair was black and short styled like Ryders buzzed on the sides with longer hair on top gelled to be slightly spiked and messy. His eyes were captivating they were purple but the color seem to swirl around like it was moving, his jaw was square and cut hard.

"It is an honor to finally meet you Tana." Lord Boe said bowing to me.

"Oh my," I said giggling and blushing a bit, "Lord Boe that is not necessary, the honor is all mine."

Lord Boe straightened and smiled showing off perfectly white straight teeth within perfect lips, I could melt... He took my hand in his and brought it to his mouth placing a kiss on the top of my hand making me blush even more. "You can just call me Boe if you'd like." He said letting go of my hand.

Norrix jumped in introducing the other men, "And this is Ronan Captain of Lord Boe's guard, and this young man is Carter, Lord Boe's best friend." The both just bowed their heads but didn't say anything. Ryder came up next to me Wrapping his arm around my waist pulling me close, tucking me against his side, laying a kiss on the side of my head. Lord Boe looked between Ryder and I in slight disgust and mild anger. He looked as if he was going to say something and by the expression on his face it wasn't something I was going to like hearing. I caught his gaze narrowing my eyes and stepping towards him slightly, if I was capable of growling I would of. A shocked expression came across his face at my actions before he nodded his head in respect not saying another word.

I focused on the rest of the group, no one seemed to of noticed what had just happened, or so I thought, Ryder leaned down whispering, "Don't think I didn't see what just happened. Thank you most wouldn't have done that towards a Lord. Bet he's not so hot now." he finished giving me another kiss on the head.

"Defiantly not hot, just a dick." I whispered back.

"Okay should be get to the unlocking?" Norrix asked everyone.

"Of course, of course," Lord Boe said, "Warning though this isn't going to be fun or easy, Celestia told  me this one is going to be the most painful of them all because I am not just waking a side of you up, I am waking a being up inside of you. And the only way to free them is not something I'd wish on anyone."
