"Fi-" Brian didn't even get out Fin's full name before the man was grabbing him by his neck and pushing back towards the front door. Fin refused to see Olivia in pain anymore, and knowing that Brian had caused her so much pain over the time they were together, he needed to get him away from her.

"Fin!" Olivia squeaked, as she quickly sat Joey on his feet and ran to Fin. She grabbed his arms and pulled him off of Brian before shoving him back.

"Please, not here. This is Cassidy's birthday party, and I don't want him to get hurt. Okay? Please go take Joey upstairs and change his diaper. All of the stuff is in the nursery." Olivia whimpered, and Fin nodded slowly as he stared down Brian.

"Get the fuck out, man. Before Elliot sees you." Fin huffed, before walking over and picking up the baby. He carried him up the stairs as Olivia turned to Brian.

"Are you okay?" She whispered, and a tiny bit of hope grew in Brian's heart. He was hoping that Olivia still cared for him.

"My throat hurts a bit. But I'm okay." He replied. He ran his hand over his neck before swallowing hard.

"Can I at least see what our son looks like?"

"Wait one moment," Olivia spoke. She walked over to the old hutch that Elliot got her as a wedding gift, and she opened it up. She grabbed a folder and pulled out one of Cassidy's school pictures. She smiled as she looked at the little boy who opened her heart up to being able to love someone who was half Brian. She turned around and walked to where Brian stood. She passed it to him and watched as tears filled his eyes.

Cassidy donned his parents' dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. But it wasn't that weird that he had Olivia and Brian's eye color because Joey had dark brown eyes but they were changing back to the blue that he was born with.

"We made a beautiful human." Brian smiled, and Olivia nodded in agreement.

"We did. He was a big baby." Olivia chuckled softly.

"Not surprised. Is that one him?" Brian asked as he pointed at one of the baby pictures on the mantel.

"Yeah. It was when he was 5 months old. Elliot and I were just married and took him to Italy with us. He absolutely loved the beach from the moment we laid him on the sand." Olivia grinned. Brian wiped a tear from his cheek. He remembered the days Olivia and he would spend time on the beach and just listen to the sounds of the wind and the breeze. No wonder his son loved the beach.

"I'm going to get going, Liv. Maybe we can discuss Cassidy later?" Brian questioned, and Olivia shrugged.

"I have to talk to Elliot about this. But I'll make sure Cassidy gets your gift. Take care, Brian."

"I'll try."

Cassidy was so happy when he opened the gift with the baseball mitt in it. He insisted on playing catch with his father, Dominick, Fin, and Nick. It made him so happy, which made everyone else happy, but his little brothers. Danny and Hunter wanted to play, but they were still too little to play.

When it started to get dark, the boys were taken inside and Olivia and Amanda tackled giving them baths. The all of the boys, even Issac were put down for the night, and Jesse sprawled out on Olivia and Elliot's bed while her parents still hung out with her Aunts and Uncles.

"So, I didn't get to see who got Cass the mitt," Elliot spoke, as he and Olivia sat together in his recliner and drank beer.

"Uh, we didn't," Dominick spoke.

"Liv?" Elliot questioned.

"Babe, I think we need to talk," Olivia spoke.

They got out of the chair and walked into the kitchen. Olivia opened another beer and started to drink from it, but before she could down it, Elliot took it into his hand.

"Something is wrong, Olivia. Baby, tell me! Who got Cass the mitt?"

"Brian did." Olivia breathed, as she grabbed the bottle back and stared at it so she wouldn't have to look at her husband.

"What?"

"I'm sorry, El. I would've told you but everyone was having so much fun. I didn't want to ruin the party."

"You should've told me he was here! Damn it!" Elliot huffed. He slammed his hands against the counter before turning and walking out of the kitchen.

"Elliot!" Olivia exclaimed, but it was too late. Elliot was going to find Brian, and he was going to either kill him or beat him up.

Elliot got some of his friends to track Brian and he found him at a fancy hotel in the heart of the city. He shut his phone off so Olivia would stop calling him and then he went and walked into the hotel.

He didn't even ask for his room, because he knew that also. He took the elevator up and then walked down the hall. But when he got to the door, he stopped and stared at it. The man inside that room was Cassidy's father. Biologically only. Elliot was going to make sure that Cassidy didn't have a reason to hate him. He didn't want to lose his son because he hurt his biological father.

Elliot stepped forward and knocked on the door before it opened. Brian looked at Elliot before sighing.

"You had to just come back and take my life away from me." Brian huffed.

"Olivia and Cassidy are my life, Brian. My sons, all four of them mean the absolute world to me. And Olivia... Olivia is the most amazing woman in this fucking world. She deserves better than you, and she deserves better than me but she loves me more than she could ever love you. I was there when she went through an incredibly long labor with Cassidy. I let her almost break my hand and even when she was so tired and discouraged I told her that she is the most beautiful woman in the world and that I'd be by her side through everything because I promised her that I'd raise Cassidy with her. Now, I don't need you to screw this all up, okay?" Elliot spoke, as he kept his hands shoved into his pockets. He didn't want to hit Brian if he didn't have to.

"You can't scare me, Stabler. You are just a fucking pussy with a really bad hairline. Now, back up and we won't have an issue. Because this is getting really close to threats, don't you think?"

"I didn't say anything, fucker. Now leave us alone and I won't get a restraining order against you." Elliot smiled, he turned to leave, but then he stopped and quickly punched Brian in the face. He knew he'd regret it, but he had to. He had the upper hand, but he also had the most to lose if Olivia and Cassidy found out.
