Elliot continued to need help breathing overnight. His brainwaves were lower than normal, and it didn't look good at all. Olivia sat with him the whole night, and she asked for a Bible from one of the nurses and she read it to him. It was her first time reading the Bible, but she knew that he still had a strong faith even without going to church every weekend like he did when he was younger.

Olivia only left to eat and use the bathroom when the nurses were checking on Elliot or when they were taking him down to run some scans.  When she got back from using the bathroom at nearly noon the day after Elliot was moved to Bellevue, she saw Bernie standing outside of his room. She had grown older over the time that she and Elliot hadn't talked.

"Hey, Bernie." Olivia breathed, as she walked over and stood next to her.

"You've been here the whole time?" Bernie asked, and Olivia swallowed hard and nodded.

"I have... as soon as I found out he was hurt I came to sit with him. I've even been praying for him." Olivia whispered.

"Thank you, Olivia." Bernie breathed, before reaching over and grabbing Olivia's hand and squeezing it as tightly as she could. Olivia looked at Elliot before sighing softly.

"I can leave you two together. I should get home and take care of the kids."

"Kids?" Bernie asked, and Olivia stopped and drew in a sharp breath.

Olivia had thought that Elliot told Bernie about them. That they had kids together and had been married. But it didn't seem like that at all.

"He didn't tell you?" Olivia asked.

"Did you get married? Who is the lucky man?" Bernie asked.

"Elliot and I had been married... for like 6 years before we got a divorce. You have three biological grandchildren and Elliot had adopted my son." Olivia breathed. Bernie swallowed hard before nodding.

"I'd like to meet them if possible," Bernie whispered.

"Of course. I'll call you in a couple of days and maybe you can come over and meet all four of them." Olivia replied. She quietly walked into Elliot's room before grabbing his hand and giving it a gentle squeeze.

"Your mother is here, so I think it is time to wake up. And nice job not telling her that we had been married and had kids, Stabler."

Olivia went back home and didn't make it home in time to have lunch with Joey and Brian, and she also didn't get a chance to put her son down for a nap. She was making herself a sandwich when Brian came downstairs. He jumped a bit when he saw his wife standing in the kitchen.

"I didn't hear you get home, love," Brian spoke, and Olivia nodded a bit as she finished chewing up the bite she had taken.

"Sorry, I'm starving. Uh, Elliot's mother showed up at the hospital so I came home to do what I needed to do here."

"There is nothing chore wise that you need to do," Brian spoke, and Olivia nodded slowly. She set her sandwich down on her plate before walking over to her husband and hugging him warmly before kissing him a few times.

"Thank you for taking over here, babe. And for not telling me to stay away from Elliot." Olivia spoke, and Brian nodded.

"I'm not your boss." He spoke, and she smiled before kissing him again.

"Elliot didn't tell his mother about me nor the boys." Olivia sighed, and Brian's eyes went wide.

"What? Why not?!" He asked, kinda offended by that. His wife and kids are amazing, even if Elliot did father three of the four boys.

"I don't know. She still thought that I was just his partner. And like, she asked who the lucky guy was. I was gonna say you, but then I decided that she needed to know that she has four grandchildren. Well for more than she thought she had."

"I think that maybe she should meet them." Brian breathed, and Olivia nodded as she took half of her sandwich and passed it to her husband that rarely turns down food, and this was one of those times that he turned it down. He wanted his wife to be eating and taking care of herself because if they wanted to have another baby together, she had to be in good health.

"She is going to meet them in a few days, and hopefully Elliot will still be alive when she does and it isn't a pity meeting." Olivia sighed.

"Do you want to finish that up and go get some sleep?" Brian asked, and Olivia nodded.

"Thanks again, Brian. You are the absolutely best husband in the world."

"I try." He grinned.

Brian continued to take care of the boys once they got home. Olivia woke up when Joey came into her room and tried to climb onto the bed with her. He started to whine when he couldn't and Olivia heard that and opened her eyes.

"Hey, Joey. How was your nap?" Olivia yawned, as she shifted over and lifted her youngest onto the bed.

"It was good. I've missed you, Momma." Joey spoke, as he reached out and touched his mother's messy hair. Olivia removed his hand from her hair and kissed the palm of it.

"I've missed you too, baby. Do you want to go down and see your-" Olivia started, but then she saw her husband walk into the room and smiled.

"Did he wake you?" Brian asked, and Olivia shook her head. She was completely okay getting woken up by her kid so she didn't want him to think it was a problem.

"Nope. I was going to get up soon anyway." Olivia smiled. She pushed herself up and drew Joey onto her lap before running her fingers through his messy curls. Brian walked over and sat beside them and before he could get a word out, Olivia's phone was ringing.

"Hello?" She asked once she answered the phone. Brian took Joey off of Olivia's lap and took him out of the room. Olivia listened to the person talking on the other side of the line as they explained what was happening. But the only thing she could hear sent her quickly from her bed.

Elliot was awake.
