Elliot somehow managed to calm Olivia down. She had held onto him for nearly an hour, but once she had stopped crying, they sat together at her small dining room table and ate the Chinese food that Elliot had brought.

"So, you're having a baby, eh?" Elliot asked, and Olivia nodded.

"Yeah, unfortunately, it's Brian's baby." Olivia sighed, as she looked down at her hands. She loved Brian at some point, but now all she could feel towards him was hate. So much hate.

"I'm so sorry that you got caught up in all of the drama Brian brings, but I'm happy that you are finally having a baby," Elliot spoke. He reached forward and tried to touch her hand, but she quickly pulled it away quickly and rested it on her lap.

The small apartment was completely silent, neither of them could hear their own breathing or even hear their own thoughts. It was just an extraordinarily awkward dinner.

Once both had eaten, Olivia stood up and started to clean up.

"I'm sorry for running away, Liv." Elliot breathed.

"No, you aren't." She replied, as she grabbed the bag and walked into the kitchen to throw it away.

"Liv, I really am sorry. I threw everything away when I ran like Kathy won't even let me see the kids."

"Good." Olivia huffed, bitterly.

"Good? God, you are bitter." Elliot groaned.

"Get out of my apartment."

"Ol-"

"Get out!" She screamed, which truly freaked Elliot out. He could see how broken she was, and he hated it. But she hated him, and he knew he was going to have a hard time to get her to forgive him, and calling her bitter after what she had gone through was clearly a mistake.

"You knocked up Olivia, huh?" Elliot asked as he sat down next to Brian at the cop bar near the precinct. Brian groaned and leaned his head against his arms.

"Fuck off, Stabler."

"Oh, come on. You've been treating her like shit since you met in 99. And what you sa-"

"You talked to her? Didn't she kick your ass like she did mine?" Brian huffed.

"Yeah, but I went over to apologize while you went over there to tell her that you want to be with her, but she can't keep the baby!"

"I don't want kids! I just want Liv, because I fucking love her!" Brian spat.

"Well, I love her too! And I'll accept her and that baby. She has always wanted to be a mother, and you just ruined any chance of being with her."

"Back off. Don't you dare go near her again! I will kill you." Brian spat before he stood and pulled Elliot from his stool. Brian started to punch Elliot, and then Elliot started to punch Brian back.

Both men loved the same woman, but only one was willing to love her and the baby she has always wanted. The other one just wanted her, and nothing else.

"Fin?" Olivia questioned, as she opened her apartment door the next morning. She had called in sick because she didn't want to face Elliot or Brian because she knew that Brian would be at the precinct waiting for her.

"Hey, baby girl. How are you this morning?" He asked as he walked into her apartment without even asking first.

"I'm tired. What are you doing here? I thought that Captain would tell you that I'm sick." Olivia groaned as she shut her door.

"Liv, Elliot and Brian got arrested last night."

"What?" Olivia breathed, as she crossed her arms over her chest and stared at Fin.

"They were fighting in a bar, and some uniforms responded and took them both in. I didn't know if you wanted to go see them or what..."

"Why would I want to see them?" Olivia huffed.

"Well, because it's Elliot and Brian, Liv."

"Brian wants me, but not our child. Elliot... he's just a fucking dick. I absolutely hate them both, and if they expect me to bail them out, it isn't going to happen. I have a baby to think about, and if I want him or her to have a happy life, I'm pretty sure that not having two giant assclowns around will be better."

"Liv, come on. At least go talk to Elliot. He's a dick and stuff, but he's your best friend."

"No, you are. I don't need them! So please, just leave me alone."

Olivia needed them, or at least she needed to tell them to leave her alone. She needed to tell Elliot to go back to Houston, and she needed to tell Brian that if he ever wanted to be with her, that he'd have to accept their child.

So, Olivia showered and got dressed, before heading to the precinct. She had called Nick, and he told her that they were both still in holding.

She walked down the hall and sighed when she saw how freaking messed up both of them were.

"So, what did you two find to fight about?" Olivia questioned, and Elliot quickly stood up and walked towards the bars.

"Liv, I'm so sorry," Elliot spoke. He was being honest when he said he was sorry. Because he knew he had a ton to apologize for, and starting now would be wise.

"What were you two fighting about?" Olivia spoke, avoiding what Elliot said.

"You." Brian huffed, and she frowned as she shoved her hands into the pockets of her sweatshirt.

"Guys, like I hate you both. Elliot, you ran. You left me behind. And Brian, you keep sleeping with me and then I wake up in the morning and you are gone. You have slept with me and then asked for money like probably five times. And when you come to see me last night, you made it seem like you really wanted to be with me, but you can't accept the fact that it's just not me anymore. It's me and our child. And if I have anything to do with it, you will never be apart of his life. And I mean that. So post your own bails, because I'm going home. And I will get a restraining order against you, Brian if you do not leave me alone."
