Elliot was shocked with what Olivia just said, and when he went to fight her on it, she left the kitchen and went to deal with their very distraught baby. Olivia opened the bathroom door and saw that Joey had taken his clothes off and was trying to clean himself up, something that Elliot should've done.
"Joey, let me draw you a bath. I'll get you cleaned up baby." Olivia spoke. Joey looked at his mother and started to sob again before running to her.
"Momma, I sorry!"
"Oh, honey. There is no need for you to apologize. I'm here now, and everything will be good."
"Are you coming home?" He asked, as his mother knelt beside the bathtub and started to fill it. She dropped a few of his toys in before grabbing a towel and washcloth.
"Yeah. Daddy is going to take a break. It's my turn." She smiled gently. She wasn't going to shit talk Elliot as he had her. She was going to still talk about him as nicely as she had when they were still in love and actually a married couple, not a separated one like it seems they are now.

Once Olivia had gotten Joey cleaned up and resting, she went into the bedroom and saw Elliot just standing there and looking at the dresser.
"Pack up and get out." She ordered as she found a bit of the confidence that she had lost.
"These are my kids. You screwed up and you don't deserve to be here with them and happy. You deserve to suffer." Elliot spat, as he turned around and stared her down.
"I kissed a man that I had been in love with before. We wouldn't be together and there wouldn't be a Cassidy without him. When you cheated on me with that fucking woman, it was because you were angry. You were angry that you had to wait 6 weeks to bang me because I needed to recover from giving birth to our son. You were angry that Cassidy and Hunter were taking up all my time. But guess what, I was lonely and unhappy because of you. Not our children. I was lonely because you worked and because you didn't thank me for anything at all. You now need to leave, because you have been a very shitty father to our sons lately, and I don't want you anywhere near them anymore. I will call the police because what you've been doing can be considered abuse."
"I bet the moment I leave you'll have Brian over here and you'll be fucking each other. Because you are a slut." He screamed, before pushing her hard. Olivia stumbled back and tripped over one of Elliot's slippers and she fell hard to the ground.
Elliot left the house and just left her there. She slowly got to her feet and ran her hand over her lower back as tears ran down her cheeks.
He's changed more than she could ever.

The boys cried when they saw Olivia. Danny, Hunter, and Cassidy just clung to her and cried. They had never been so happy to see someone in their short lives. Olivia held them close and told them how much she loves them and how much she has missed them. Olivia knew that everything would be so much better now that she was taking care of the boys. She knows everything about them, and exactly how they like everything. They would behave better now that Elliot wasn't there and terrorizing them.
Olivia fed the boys an early dinner and then they all sat down and Olivia helped the older three with homework while Joey drew pictures to give to Olivia.
As they talked and worked, they started to ask questions. They questioned why Olivia left and why now Elliot wasn't there anymore.
She didn't exactly lie to her sons. She more so changed the truth a bit so that herself nor Elliot were shown in a horrible light.
"Daddy and I aren't getting along anymore. He's going to stay away to calm himself down a bit and so that you all and I can spend time together. He'll be around eventually, and until he comes back, it'll just be me and my amazing boys." She smiled gently, but then her smile faded when there was a knock on her front door.
She stood up slowly and walked to the front door and answered it.
"Brian?" She asked, surprised. He took a slow breath before smiling gently.
"Hey, Liv. Amanda told me that you were here with the boys now, and I was wondering if I could hang out with you all. I miss Cass. Honestly, I miss all your kids. They are such great kids." He spoke. Olivia nodded.
"Yeah, we'd all like that. Are you good at math?" She asked as she let him in.
"I'm a very stupid man, Olivia. You should know that." He chuckled.
"Well, Cassidy is working on fractions that are supposed to be easy, but I'm old and don't really remember how to work with them."
"I'm sure we can figure this out." He smiled, before stopping and hugging her tightly. She hugged him back tightly.

Elliot was beyond pissed off at Olivia. So while she was at home spending time with the boys and Brian, he was sleeping with a random woman from a bar. He could care less because he didn't think that getting laid was a problem because he's a man. He thought that Olivia should just let him sleep with her when he wants to because his mindset changed so drastically since they first met in 1999.
Anything Liv did was bad. Kissing Brian? Bad.
Anything he did? Good. Sleeping with a woman while still married to Olivia? Good.
"Wanna stay the night?" The woman asked as she laid beside Elliot. He had his arm propping up his head, and he looked over at her.
"Yeah. I'd like that." He spoke. He stared at the ceiling for a bit, as the woman fell asleep. He was thinking about how Olivia was still in the wrong, even if he is laying in the bed of a strange woman, completely naked.
