"Calm down Ana!"

"I can't! I have nothing to wear!" "

"You have plenty of things to wear, just calm down! What about this?" Cassidy asked as she picked out Demi shorts, a white singlet as well as a red and black flannel with black vans.

"Isn't it too casual?" I asked.

"You're going to the beach not a bloody red carpet event!"

"That would be kinda cool though" I laughed.

"It would, now get your ass in the shower Demi will be here in half an hour!" Cassidy demanded.

"Yes ma'am" I went for a quick shower and did my hair and make up before getting into the clothes Cassidy had picked out. I looked at myself in the mirror before grabbing my phone and heading downstairs to see Demi sitting on the couch playing with Jayleigh.

"Momma! Demi is here!" Jayleigh yelled her voice full of excitement.

"Yeah, Demi and I are going out for awhile, is that okay?" I asked her.

"Yes momma! Is Cas Cas looking after me?"

"Yep, so you have to be good"

"I will, now go have fun" she said pushing me towards the door.

"Okay okay I'm going" I laughed, I walked out with Demi trailing behind.

"Hey" Demi said as we got in her car.

"Hey" I smiled.

"You look amazing" she smiled.

"Thanks, so do you"

"Thanks" she started the car and started driving.

The car ride was awkward and the only noise was coming from the stereo. We walked into the pizza shop and Demi ordered a large pepperoni pizza and two large cokes.

"I got us a pizza to share is that okay? If not I can always order another one it doesn't bother me"

"No it's okay" I smiled.

"Are you sure? You'd tell me if you wanted your own pizza right?"

"Demi it's fine honestly" I grabbed her hand and entwined our fingers Demi looked down and smiled before kissing my cheek I instantly felt butterflies in my stomach I gave her a smile as she pulled away.

Demi sat down while we waited she signalled for me to sit on her lap so I did, I smiled as her arms snaked around my waist.

"Thank you" she said softly.

"For what?" I questioned.

"Giving me a chance despite the circumstances"

"Don't make me regret it" I smiled.

"Pffft as if, you'll be begging for more of me" she laughed.

"We'll see"

Our pizza was ready so Demi grabbed the pizza and I grabbed the drinks, we made a detour to Demi's car and grabbed the blanket before making our way to the beach. Demi threw the blanket down before sitting on it I took a seat next to her and handed her one of the drinks.

"Thanks" she smiled.

Soon enough the pizza was gone and the sun was setting and it was absolutely perfect. I'm now sitting in between Demi's legs my back resting against her chest, I know we haven't known each other long but I'm loving this feeling that Demi gives me. Nothing and I mean nothing could wipe the smile of my face.
