Demi's P.O.V

"Momma?" The voice sounded scared, I quickly jumped up when I realised it was Jayleigh.

"SAV! BABE WAKE UP! JAYLEIGH IS AWAKE" I yelled excitement filling my voice but of course she has to be a heavy sleeper so I pushed her off the couch.

"Ow, what the fuck Demi?"

"Jayleigh's awake!"

Savannah jumped up and raced over to the bed.

"Hey babygirl" she cooed, I decided to go get her doctor.

I left the room and started looking for him but I couldn't find him so I went to the desk.

"Hi I'm looking for Dr Matthews but I can't find him anywhere"

"He's not on shift, may I ask what the problem is?"

"Uh there's no problem, it's just that Jayleigh Lloyd woke up" I explained.

"Oh that's great news, I'll page him straight away"

"Thank you, but is someone going to check on her before he gets here?"

"Yeah of course"

"Okay thank you" I made my way back to the room.

"The doctor will be here soon"

"Thanks babe"

"Momma where's daddy?" Jayleigh asked as she looked around the room, I noticed Savannah tense up so I walked over to her and intwined our fingers.

"Calm down" I kissed her cheek.

"He's not here"

"I'll text the girls" I pulled my phone out and sent a group message to the three of them.

JAYLEIGH IS AWAKE!!!!!

I put my phone on the bed and waited for their replies.

A doctor came in to check Jayleigh over they said that Dr Matthews would be here soon so they didn't bother too much they just made sure everything was fine which it is.

"Am I in hospital?" Jayleigh asked.

"Yeah you are, you were in a car crash, do you remember?" Savannah asked.

Jayleigh nodded but didn't saying anything.

"Can you tell us what happened?" Sav questioned.

Jayleigh shook her head.

"Why not?"

Jayleigh looked away from Savannah, just as Sav was about to say something Dr Matthews walked in.

"Sorry I took so long, so how is my favourite patient?" He asked while smiling at Jay but she didn't answer him so he just continued to do his job.

"Okay so everything seems fine but we will have to keep her in for a few more days just to monitor her and make sure everything stays fine"

He looked at me.

"Why are you here?"

"Umm uh Savannah wanted some company" I replied

"I'm joking! You can stay as long as you want" he laughed.

"Oh" I smiled at him.

"Okay well seen tho I'm here I might as well stay so if you need anything just come and find me"
