Party time

Demi's P.O.V

I've been back at work for a week now I'm currently getting ready to teach my grade 12 music class which is Savannah's, the first few days back she would come to class looking tired like she hasn't slept in weeks but the last few days she's been high, I wouldn't say she's completely out of it because she is still doing extremely well with her work but it's not hard to tell she's high.

Alexa and I have decided to take things slow, I wasn't planning on telling anyone until it got a bit serious but two days ago Alexa came by to bring me lunch and Savannah came by at the same time to give me her homework I had let her finish during recess but she walked in on us kissing. She acted as if it didn't both her so I'm sure she's over me which is a good thing, I can now focus on Alexa and Alexa only although Marissa tries to tell me that Savannah is far from over me her actions speak differently.

The bell rang and students started to fill the room, Savannah, Ashley and Cassidy were the last to walk in. I've noticed Abigail isn't hanging out with them anymore she sits alone instead.

"Okay so you have two weeks until the showcase so today we have a small test then I would like you to practice"

I got a few groans here and there but most were okay with it.

"Don't worry it's an easy text should only take about half an hour then you'll have half an hour to practice"

I grabbed a pile of papers and started handing them out.

"Okay so I said this was easy so no cheating please"

"You'd know all about that wouldn't you miss" Cassidy spoke.

"I'm not exactly sure what you mean there Cassidy"

"Oh sure you do, can't keep them to yourself can you?" she smirked while Savannah dropped her head to the table.

"Class you may begin your test now"

I went and sat back down at my desk and watched over the students as my phone went off, I quickly glanced down at my phone to see it was a text.

I put my phone back down and looked up and noticed Cassidy looking at Savannah's test so I got up and walked over to her.

"I thought I said no cheating"

She looked up and me and smirked.

"Pretty sure that's what a lot of people say but ya know not everybody is faithful these days"

"I'll see you after class"

"Actually you won't, I have better things to do"

"And what would that be?"

She looked at Savannah then back at me and smiled.

"You know, things" she laughed.

"Stay behind after class or I'll give you a weeks worth of detention"

"Whatever cheater, uh I mean teacher"

The bell rang forty minutes later so the students left one by one.

"Meet me at the basketball court okay" Cassidy said to Savannah she replied with a nod as Cassidy sat on one of the tables.

"Okay what's your problem Cassidy?" I asked.
