He's never felt so agitated.

It's a mix of stress for the upcoming performance, Yoongi's attitude, and the glances from Taehyung that he's started noticing ever since a week ago after his ride to school with Hoseok. But most of all, he's so agitated with himself, why did he think that the last few weeks of school would be peaceful? If anything now is the time to work the hardest, that is according to his trig teacher, who insist that exams are only a week away, and after that it'll be graduation and the talent show.

Yoongi is so lucky, seniors don't have to attend the last few weeks, taking their exams early and finishing up their credits long before the rest of the students, but thankfully Yoongi still wakes up early enough to take Jimin to school and home, but he doesn't seem so grateful about it himself.

Two days ago Yoongi bitched about it again, and Jimin hasn't seen him since. He can't push himself to say anything, figuring he should be grateful Yoongi took him, but he never asked the older to do that, and it rubs him the wrong way. He doesn't say a thing, doesn't bother to even text the older after his last text being ignored over 48 hours ago, so instead he lets it way on him.

In the next week Jimin has to: practice by himself, deal with his broken friendship, study for finals, and deal with Yoongi's bitch ass attitude.

He hopes he can gather himself for his own sake, hopefully being able to squeeze in some extra practice and study time when he gets home, he's so lonely in class he wonders why he doesn't just study then, but he realizes it's because he's busy thinking of where his damn boyfriend is.

Jimin can only pray, something he hasn't done in awhile, that Yoongi and him can get over this too, and maybe practice together a few times before the talent show that's only days after the older's graduation and the final day of this school year before spring break.

He's really pushing himself, and Hoseok must have noticed, offering rides and short talks between classes when he has the chance. It's really sweet and Jimin appreciates the effort, feeling a break from the uncomfortable smile he's been forcing for a week now.

Jimin sits quietly in the empty classroom, he'd rather watch the rain than be surrounded in a noisy lunch room anyways. He'd rather have his frustrated cry alone than in front of his entire tiny school. He'd missed the rain anyways, the comforting drips and drizzle, the sent of the wet pavement or the way the sky shined in the reflection of it. He sits in wonder of how things went from so right to so wrong in what felt like minutes, but he's just now starting to notice it had been all along.

The tear that stains his paper, smearing the lines and ink, isn't from his grades, his boyfriend, or his ex- friend, but rather

how much he misses what he had.

It weighs down so much it feels as if he has bags of sand tied to each wrist and ankle; it's pulling him down, his mind space with it. He isn't sure of what it was exactly that's bugging him so much, is it Jungkook's missing presence, or is it the laughs that surrounded him as his friend fought over lunch food.

The memories he thought and believed were good suddenly feel as if they've been painted grey.

He misses running to Jungkook's house before fireworks, he misses parking up at the tallest hill and starting a fire, he misses Taehyung's sleepovers and boxy smile, he misses dicking around while making spaghetti, he misses grandma park's yelling and insisting that he not go out with so much ice on the road, he misses the comforting sent of the leather seats on the inside of Hoseok's car.

It pains him so much to recall the good memories, the same good memories that now only make him sad, and he wonders if this is how Taehyung feels, and maybe he shouldn't have gotten so mad without letting the taller boy explain himself.

He lets out a soft chuckle of the memories he built with his friends. Like once back in junior high when Taehyung had a weird phase of stealing Jungkook's oranges (it was his own weird way of flirting), jungkook grew tired of it, unaware of it being flirting, and brought a fake orange one day, it was funny to him as he watched Taehyung try to peal away at the plastic, and Jimin didn't find it any amusing until just now.

God he'd love to visit those times just once more.
