he sits impatiently waiting, to board the plane that will open a whole world of opportunity before him. you can tell that he is ready for the unknown. he is ready for a change of scenery and pace. he craves the new and to let go of the old. he is ready to begin again, to breathe again. he knows that it is not going to be easy to start over and that leaving everything familiar behind will be hard. he knows that there will be sleepless nights and agonizingly long days but he doesn't care. he's ready for the pain of goodbye and the joy of a fresh start. he's ready to live for the first time in years. he's ready to smile til his cheeks hurt and laugh til his sides ache. he's ready for the tears that will fall, the loneliness he will feel. he's ready for it all.
