The two ended up turning off the movie since they lost interest. Instead, they spent a majority of the night conversing about random topics, such as their childhoods and memes. They occasionally shared some kisses, but not much happened besides sweet pecks and kisses on noses and cheeks.

They fell asleep around 4am with no regrets.

Xiao Jun fluttered his eyes open, greeted with the bright sunlight hitting his pupils. He shut his eyes again, trying to shift in his position, until he realized he was stuck in between the couch and Hendery's body.

Unwillingly opening his eyes again, the boy met the face of a sleeping Hendery, eyelashes resting on his cheeks with his hair all tousled and messy. Light breathes escaped his slightly parted lips, and Xiao Jun found himself blushing at the sight.

After taking a glance at the time (it was almost noon), Xiao Jun laid his head back next to the other boy's, their faces so close he could feel Hendery's breath fanning his cheek.

Hendery shifted a little, letting out a soft groan as he opened his eyes slowly. He instantly smiled when he saw Xiao Jun staring back at him.

"Morning." he said, morning voice evident, which sounded like honey to Xiao Jun though it was actually raspy.

"Good morning." he responded.

Hendery managed to sit up, his bed hair falling over his eyes. Xiao Jun would of been lying if he said it wasn't one of the cutest sights ever.

He stretched before leaving Xiao Jun alone on the couch, who was now sitting up so he could adjust to the 'being awake' feeling.

"I'm gonna start making breakfast." Hendery informed, leaning forward and pressing a kiss on the other's forehead.

"Okay." A closed mouth smile formed on Xiao Jun's lips.

Though Xiao Jun knew he was useless in the kitchen, that only gave him an excuse to watch Hendery cook. He settled on the counter, leaning against a cupboard as he watched Hendery crack some eggs into a pan.

Listen, a boy who can cook is boyfriend material.

Xiao Jun didn't know why he was so whipped all of a sudden - scratch that, he was probably whipped the whole time without even noticing, since he was never the type of single person who extremely wished for a partner. But I guess it all worked out naturally, considering he thought the other male's chuckle was cute from the first time he heard it.

He honestly didn't know what came over him when he decided to kiss Hendery last night, but it was worth it.

So worth it.

Hendery finished scrambling the eggs, pouring the food onto a plate. He strolled over to Xiao Jun, placing his hand on his cheek and giving him a quick peck on the lips.

"You really like kissing me don't you?" Xiao Jun giggled.

"Yes." was the reply he got and received another peck.

The boys ate their breakfast (lunch technically since it was past noon) in peace, enjoying the silent atmosphere.

"Um," Hendery broke the silence, clearing his throat. "So are we boyfriends now? Or is it too early for labels?"

Xiao Jun thought for a second before he answered. "No, it's not to early for labels. Hendery, would you like to be my boyfriend?" he was surprised at the boldness that slipped off his tongue so easily.

"Sure." Hendery was visibly blushing, trying to hide it by pressing his palms to his cheeks.

Xiao Jun grinned widely, leaning across the table to peck his boyfriend on the lips.

"No way." Yangyang screeched over FaceTime.

"I'm not kidding Yangyang." Xiao Jun shot back.

"Damn boy, you are so whipped. Both of you are so whipped! Y'all finally got your shit together huh?"

"Yup, unlike you and Renjun."

Yangyang sent a glare at his friend through the screen. "Don't talk about that."

"I have every right to."

"Okay, we're getting off topic. But I'm a psychic, I knew he would be your boyfriend right off the bat."

Rolling his eyes playfully, Xiao Jun replied to this. "Claiming your a psychic when you only predicted one thing."

"Shut up, it was right, and that's all that matters."
