It took over an hour to get back into Horton Valley. Everything was still the same, although it's been a week or so since I've been here last-against my will I may add. I didn't miss it all that much, but part of me wandered if after all this, if we would come back or stay in Monroe.
"What are you thinking?" Bran leaned over and whispered.
"I want to go see my grams." I frowned out at the town.
"We can." He nodded locking our hands together.
I was sitting and staring out the window, we probably looked like a parade rolling through with all the cars. Some people knew who we were, and they looked frightened. I didn't ask why, but it was nagging at me.
Jerry's driver stopped in the parking lot of the church. My grams and gramps were buried just behind it in the small cemetery. I had to walk to the aisle that was labeled 'J's' to find their headstones. It didn't take long considering the cemetery didn't hold many people.
I knelt in front of their names and rubbed my fingers over them. Tears started to swell in my eyes. I didn't even want to speak, just cry-but I found my voice. "I miss you guys everyday. And I will kill them all, just for you."
Bran cleared his throat standing behind me. "You won't."
"I will." I argued. "They deserve to pay for what they did to her." I pointed to my grams name, not even fighting the tears that threatened to spill. I let them go. "She didn't deserve this." I bawled into my hands.
Bran didn't speak, didn't mutter a single word. He kneeled down and wrapped his arms around me and let me spill my tears silently.

"Kept calm." I told myself walking down the street to my old house. "You've got this."
Outside hanging beside the gate was a for sale sign and on the porch lay moving boxes labeled to the goodwill. In these boxes were my life, my grandparents possessions, everything they owned. I dug through each one finding things I wanted to keep and things that were ok to get rid of.
"Excuse me?" A woman holding a clipboard approached tapping her fingers. "Who are you and why are you going through those boxes?"
"I'm Laura." I murmured still going through the boxes.
"Right, I'm calling the police." She took out her phone and before she could type in the number bran grabbed her phone.
"She use to live here, and that's her shit. She has every right to go through it. So if you don't mind, go." His voice held a warning tone and the woman ran to her car and shut the door.
"Hurry up." Bran whispered kneeling beside me. "We don't have long."
I threw everything I wanted into a box and carried it off waving to the woman in the car. She didn't look too happy to have people intrude in her business, but it was my stuff.

We ended up back at the mansion with everyone standing around a map. I knew the plan, but I didn't know if I really wanted to go through with it. We decided it was probably best to lure them out instead of going head on.
"Ok, so we will release Laura here." Jerry pointed to the center of town. "We will all surround in these places." He pointed to the McDonald's, the police station, and some other places I couldn't make out.
Breanna had a gps tracker and handed it to me. "You need to put this...." she pointed to her downstairs area "in there."
"Oh boy." I gulped loudly making people laugh at my expression.
"Oh, tie this around it so it'll come out easy." Bree handed me some thread. "Like a tampon." She chuckled.
I took the tracker and the string and went into the bathroom. This felt weird and awkward-even though it was my body. And also the tiny human I was growing.
"Do you need help?" Chelsea said through the door, clearly trying to hide her laughter.
"I got it!" I called back examining the small fracker and string. "Actually please someone help me!"
I unlocked the door for someone to come in. I prayed Chelsea or sunny would help, but instead Breanna walked in.
"Pants down." She laughed tying the string to the tracker. "Now breathe."
I breathed in and she slid it inside with ease. I released my breath and sighed. "Is it done? This is so awkward."
"Get use to it sweet heart, you'll have doctors looking down there until that babies born." She chuckled standing up.
We walked from the bathroom, I had to walk weird. Having this thug up there felt strange and foreign. I decided I didn't like it at all, but it was necessary.
"Walk normal." Sunny chirped from the sofa.
"I'm trying." I muttered through my gritted teeth. "I don't like this."
"Well, you have to keep it up there." Chelsea added.
"Thanks captain obvious." I rolled my eyes trying to sit down.
Ran entered the room and looked at me weird. "What the hell is your problem?" He snorted.
"You try having something foreign in your crotch, then come talk to me." I snarled throwing my hands up.
He turned around to try and force his laughter back down, but instead he laughed so hard he almost fell. I threw a pillow hitting him in the head making him send it flying back.
"Is everyone ready?" Jerry asked seriously.
"Yea." Bran nodded. "Wait--" he stopped and looked at me making him laugh again.
"Are you done?" Bree spoke up annoyed. "I'm sure she'd like to have that removed sooner or later."
"Thank you." I yelled.
Bran had to look at Jerry or else he'd look at me and laugh more-then we would never get out of here. I'd laugh too, if it was anyone else. But instead-its me, and I hated it.
Jerry went over the plan again to make sure everyone knew what to do and where to go.
"I'll be with her." Bree said nodding to me. "They don't know me."
"Fair point, but no." Jerry shook his head. "If they have Jeremy, he will notice you."
"Then I'll go with her." Chelsea piped up. "No one knows me."
"Better plan." Jerry nodded. "Everyone got it? Ready?"
Everyone nodded or gave thumbs up in acknowledgment. The plan was moving forward. Now I just have to plant myself in the middle of town and wait around. Hopefully this plan works. If not, I'm dead.
