Rita's thoughts...
The years went by so fast that I have not noticed I didn't talk to my friends in a while. I wonder what they are doing right now. What my mom just told me made me wonder about life and then I began to get confused after what she told me.
Mary: Rita I'm sorry about holding this in. You got so mad at me I decided to wait a little longer to tell you about your dad. This is the whole story: When you were born you were the most precious thing in both of our worlds. When your dad got sick he was sad because you had to leave you where being threatened. See in this place you are far away from a secret place that might seem weird, but maybe it won't because you always loved fairytales and I hope you still do.
Rita: I do
Mary: Well then I guess that is good. Listen close and don't get freaked out in our world it is very different and mythical but not everything in the fairytale world mortal beings think and dream about are true facts. The person who was threatening you was a greater demon name Lilith and she is Adams first wife.
Rita: I have heard of her she is a greater demon who can't bare a child right?
Mary: yes, and what is mostly sad about this fact is that she wanted you since you were a child and if she didn't get you she would kill your father slowly and painfully.
Rita: Are you saying my dad is dead.
Mary: Well yes, Look I'm sorry but this is not what I wanted either and I didn't want to give you up so your father decided to send you away until you were 16. I got you early only because I finally figured a way to get her banished. It took me a lot of traveling, but a warlock banished her in hell for eternity. Hopefully, she won't be able to get out and come for you.
Rita: Why did she want me?
As tears were rolling down from Rita's face her mom told her this.
Mary: You are very special and with that you are powerful. As I said before you are in a mythical world and you have the rarest blood running through your veins. You have angel blood from the highest angel of all. With you by her side, she would be able to do anything with you such as the wish for something evil or kill us all to get back at Adam.
Rita: So to summarize my dad died to keep me out of the greater demons hand and I'm like some sort of fairytale person.
Mary: yeah and you don't have your powers until we go back home to our world.
Rita: What is this world called and how do I say bye to my friends?
Mary: You can say bye to them and our world is called Angelica.
Rita: I'm happy to know the truth and sad about it too but can't they come.
Mary: Yes, but it could put them in danger with Lilith you never know what she might do or who is on her side.
Rita: well then tomorrow I will tell them all of this and say bye but also let them know they can come.
Mary: Oh, by the way, there is an easier way to tell them of our world that is how your father told me.
Rita: What you are not like me then how do I have angel blood.
Mary: I am but my memories were wiped once about me being a higher angel and then by the time I regained them I was in love with your father.
Rita: That is sweet and cool I wish I could have an amazing love story like that.
Mary: You will and maybe the secret power of love will make you stronger.
Rita: hey mom, what is Calvin?
Mary: oh he is a shapeshifter.
Rita: cool, wait. Never mind I will ask him myself.
After that story, Rita decided to go to sleep so the next day she can ask Calvin the funniest thing in the world.
