Chapter 27

LillyRose's POV

   Walking back to my house, I spot Yoongi.  His eyes make contact with mine before he starts mischievously smiling.

My eyes go big in horror and he starts running toward me.  I run as fast as my heels can carry me.  Stupid shoes.

I almost make it home-free, but that's when he tackles me to the ground.

"Stupid bitch!"  His voice rings out as I feel a blow to my hip.

"Were you coming out of your boyfriend's house?"  He cockily taunts, repeatedly stomping me.

I scream out in horror.

"Shut up, whore.  No one's going to save you."  He amusingly smiles.

He grips my hair and pulls me up by it.  He lands punches to my face.

Horrified screams leave my mouth, and I start to taste blood.

Tears cloud my vision before I feel my body hit the ground.

Jimin's POV

I felt like going outside, so I'm on my way to the park.

As I continue to walk, I squint my eyes.  Is that a body?  Am I going crazy?

Getting closer to the thing laying in the street, I realize it's a human.

I hover over it, examining the face, and that's when it hits me.  It's LillyRose.

Her mouth is bloodied, and her eyes are black, swollen shut.  Her face is also swollen.

"Oh my God, Lilly, what happened to you?!"  I panic as I cradle her in my arms, beside her on one knee.

"Yoongi..."  She quietly mumbles, sounding like it took everything in her to muster out the word.  She coughs aggressively.

"How long ago did this happen?"  She doesn't respond. 

I hurry up and whip out my phone.  "Hello, 911, there's been an emergency!  Please come quick!"

I tell the operator our location and pray to God they hurry up and get here.

I stand up slowly, a vicious wave of vengeance taking over me, my head down and eyes closed, fists opening and closing at my sides.

I.  Am going to kill.  Min Yoongi.

I look around, but he's nowhere to be found.
