Chapter 91

Jimin's POV

   "Lilly broke up with meeeeeee."  I cry and sob into my folded arms on my eomma's lap.

She starts stroking my hair.  "Ooh, Jimin, what happened?"  "It's all my fault.  I was too insecure."

"Jimin, you messed up, but it's not too late to get her back."  "She said she's gonna date Namjoon."

"N-Namjoon?"  "Yes."  "Why on Earth would she do that?"  "I-I don't know."

LillyRose's POV

The boys and I are walking to school now.  "What is this?  Why are you two holding hands?  Oh God.  Are you two a thing?"  Hobi says to Namjoon and I, his face showing shock, realization hitting him.

We all stop walking.  "Yes."  I respond.  "I knew it!  I knew this was going to happen!"  Hobi says, pure anger showing on his face.

"W-what are you talking about?"  Jimin cluelessly says, looking from Hobi to Namjoon and I then back to Hobi.

"Hobi, stop."  I say.  "No!  Namjoon and Lilly used to fool around while they knew you liked her."

Everyone's eyes go big except Jimin's and Namjoon's.  My gasp gets caught in my throat as my eyes look around in shock.

"Lilly.....is that true?"  Jimin says, looking me in my eyes, betrayal, hurt, and denial showing in his eyes.

I cover my face with my hands.  "Yes."  I answer, on the brink of crying.

"Y-you knew I liked Lilly.  You knew I was shy and you knew I liked Lilly!  You're just like Ji-sung!"  Jimin says to Namjoon.

"Jimin, let me explain...."  Namjoon pleads.  "HOW COULD YOU DATE LILLY?  YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE MY FRIEND!"

"I-I'm sorry.  It just happened..."  "I NEVER WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH YOU AGAIN!"  Jimin screams at Namjoon.

The rest of the walk is silent and awkward.

"Taehyung...what did Jimin mean when he said Namjoon is just like Ji-sung?"  I say to him.

I'm in his room with him.  I've explained my past with Namjoon to him.

"That argument doesn't matter now, but Ji-sung and Jimin used to be best friends.  One day, Jimin started liking this girl, but he was too shy to talk to her.  He confided in Ji-sung about the situation, and Ji-sung went after her himself.  It ruined their friendship."

"Ooooooh, so that's why Jimin doesn't want Ji-sung with Min-seo.  But why didn't he wanna tell me?"

He sighs.  "He didn't want to tell you because he knew you'd get upset and go off on Ji-sung.  He'd didn't want you to stress or get upset."

Wow.  So he was thinking of me this whole time....
