Sam's POV

We talked the whole way home about the trip. When we got home we put Abby in bed and went to the film room to finish talking. We eventually went to bad. It was then I was woken up by a notification on my phone. I sat up and looked at the time. 3:03 am. I looked at my notification. It was a text. I opened up my phone and read the message. It's from an unknown number. It read You are the people who gave her happiness. You are the people who saved her. You are the people who ruined my plan. I will find you. You will regret it. She is mine. And she will die. You will regret this. Forever. I madly woke up Kat

"Babe," I said as I shook her shoulder

"mmh," she said as she rolled over

"Kat, Hon, Get up now," I said as I shook her again

"humf," She said as she rolled face first into her pillow

"Katrina Ann Golbach! get up now!!"

"What?!" She said groggily

"Read this," I said as I gave her the phone

she took it from me and read it. Her facial expression changed. She looked up at me with shock then read the message again

"Is this some sort of prank?" She asked

"I don't know," I said

"Oh my god, Sam, What does this mean?" She asked with worry.

"I don't know!" I told her

We then heard screaming from a little girl. Katrina and I looked at each other then got up. We ran to Abby's room to find her gone. We ran downstairs to find Colby up as well. The front door was wide open. and the glass on the door was broken. We looked through the whole house and we couldn't find her. She's missing.

"Her dad. He must have sent the text. He must have kidnapped her!"
