We Can't get Along

When I Was Your Man

Jason's POV

I couldn't sleep last night knowing how bad I hurt my baby girl, I kept tossing and turning and I took 2 sleeping pills but they didn't work

I looked at my clock it read 5:30 a.m.

I got up and changed to go to her house

I left my car farther back and walked all the way there

I climbed the same tree she was still sleeping, I just sat there

I almost fell making Duke wake up and start barking

Genesis: ssshhhh....

he wouldn't stop

she put the pillow over head

she couldn't take it any more and got up, I guess she took a shower

once she got out....nope she didn't take a shower....then what....ooohhh hell no

she looked at her mirror....of thank god she didn't cut herself

she got changed into running shorts and a t-shirt, the she got Duke's leash and got out

I followed her downtown

well she's exercising

I got off the house and followed her

after a while she got tired quickly, she had to walk but she was wwwaaayyy to skinny

I was a few steps behind her, when duke noticed me

I quickly ran into a store when she turned around

when I got back out she wasn't there, I kept looking for her

I found her walking back home, she nearly fainted on her way

she went inside, then she went to take a shower

after she was done she checked her phone

she smiled...I saw who she was texting, who the hell is Brian? and why are they texting?

she kept laughing until her phone rang

Genesis: hello? oh hey!

she listened

Genesis: yea! I'll see you in an hour?

Genesis: sure! okay, see you there....bye

she began to get dressed

she picked out a overall...but short with a pink long sleeve shirt

she did her hair....gosh she looked beautiful

she got her keys and left

I kinda lost her at first but found her

she kept driving then stopped at the vet?

she got out and walked in, about 5minutes later she walked out with some guy I'm guessing Brian...he had his arm around her waist....I felt jealousy come over me

they walked hand in hand, they went to eat some where....I didn't feel jealous any more but sad she found someone else

at one point he hugged her and kissed her....on the cheek

they sat at a bench in a park

they kept laughing....she looked so happy more happy then I ever made her
