Jason's POV

Everyone was crowding her. I went upstairs and stayed there with Addison.
While feeding her bottle. I guess she new something was wrong. She didn't want to eat. Her diaper was clean, and she isn't sleepy.

Hearing running. Her dad came in the room.

Rafael: I'll take the baby....Jason go with her.

Jason: no....what--what if-if she-she di-dies....I-I c-can't do-do th-this on-on-on m-m-my o-own

He quickly took the baby away from me and put her in her crib.

Rafael: listen .....listen to me Jason. You need to be with her

I shook my head. He left me alone. I grabbed Addison and rocked her back and forth.
After 2 hours...the house was silent.
I didn't want to move.

The door opened, it was my mom.

Pattie: honey....can....can I hold her

Jason: yea....come sit.

Sitting down, she held Addison.

Pattie: oh Jason....she's perfect. Sweet little angel. She's the cutest. Her name full name

Jason: Addison Skylar Olivia McCann....

Pattie: she's a work of art....you can go....check up on genesis

Jason: h-how is she?

Pattie: she's going to be fine baby.....don't be in shock....she should be waking up in a couple of minutes....I think you should be there when she wakes up

I nodded.

Jason: she's hungry. Can you feed her please?

Pattie: yea just hand me the bottle.

Closing the door. I saw everyone was waiting outside her room. They all saw I was coming and went silent.

Jack: Jason....she coded....she couldn't handle the pain the was in. She needs a hospital now. Without one...she....she might die. I had to do CPR, she has 2nd degree burns, her breaths sounds are normal. I'm just waiting for you to give me perm-

Maze: SHES NOT BREATHING! JACK! GET IN HERE.

he ran and I ran behind him.
He checked her eyes.

Jack: Jason I need an answer

Jason: yes take her

Jack: get help. I need to keep pumping her heart if not she's gone for good.

I couldn't stand there and watch. I ran back upstairs to Addison's room.

Pattie: sweety... Go be w-

Jason: no! Give me Addison

Pattie: first off calm down-

Jason: no! Give me my child!

Pattie: I will...you need to calm down-

Jason: GIVE ME MY DAUGHTER! NOW!

Pattie: JASON DREW BIEBER DONT EVER RAISE YOU VOICE AT ME. YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN. YOU WILL NOT RUN AWAY WITH YOIR CHILD.

Jason: I will not tell you again. Give.me.my.daughter.

Clenching my jaw, she new I wasn't kidding.

Handing her over to me. I laid her up against my chest and went to my room with her.
I'm surprised the yelling didn't wake her

Making it in to my room. I laid her down. I just wanted to focus on her...get my mind off things. My phone began to ring. Making her wake up and cry.

Turning my phone off. I held her choose to my chest. Rocked her back and forth.

She was still lightly crying. She snuggled up to my shoulder, patting her back, she went back to sleep.

Hours passed, and no one came in the room.
I fed Addison.

So many thoughts were going through my head. Knocking on the door. I prepared myself for the worst.

But it was her dad.

Rafael: hey son...she's okay....if you wanna go see her

Jason: nah....I'm good here.

Rafael: you sure? She's asking for you.

Jason: I don't want to see her. My daughter needs me. Like she needs you.

Rafael: just don't take it out on her.

He walked out.
It was midnight when I heard my door open. It was Genesis.

I don't think she was supposed to be out of bed. She was full on naked.

But I wasn't angry anymore. I walked over to her and helped her get to bed.

Jason: you ever pull something like that again....ill make sure you end up dead. Don't you dare leave again.

She pulled Addison closer to her and fell a asleep.
