Chapter 27

I was had finished with work and started to gather my things.I left the building and set to go home. I was walking but I heard footsteps behind me. I stopped and they stopped. I walked faster. I looked behind me and seen none. I turned to walk but bumped into someone. I looked up. "I'm sorry. I-" he cuts me off. "Still polite I see." He smirked. I instantly back up. "Don't hurt me." I say. He laughs. "Your still weak. How come you never called me?" He asks brushing my hair out of my face slowly. "Dallas. I don't want anything to do with you.!!"I say and pull away. "Don't be shy. Since I saw you the other night, I couldn't help myself. So now I'm here." He says taking hold of my arm. "Let me go you freak. You cheated on me with Shelby. Clearly she was better to you then I was so let go!!!" I yank my arm away from him. He was about to grab me again but suddenly stopped. He looked at something and slowly backed away. Then I felt hands on my shoulders. I jump a little. "It's okay! It's just me." I turn around to Austin's face. I sigh of relief. "You scared the hell out of me!!" I say placing my hand on my heart. He takes it and places his instead. "Oh is that how I make you feel?" He smirked. I removed his hand. "No!! You practically scared the life out of me." I say. He just laughs and takes my hand. Where is he taking me? " Where are we going?" I ask. "To my car then to your bedroom." He winked. I blushed. "Umm no were not. I have to finish writing these articles." I say holding out 3 articles. "Why are you writing 3 different articles in one night?" He asks as we get in his car. "Because, the magazine release is in 2 days. I have 2 more articles but those are short. I can finish those in time for lunch and so I was wondering if you wanted to go to lunch?" I ask. "Oh umm...... I can't actually. Since the press conference is being held then, I will be there with Jimmy. Robert is going, you should come also." He smiled. "You want me to be there?" I ask. He blushes. "Yes. Your my good luck charm." He says and starts to drive. "I am not. I'm sure you would've done amazing if I wasn't there." I say. "No you just make it perfect." He smiles and I blush.

"I live here." I say as we walk into my house. "You live here alone?" He asks. "Yes. Yes I do." I say and turn on the lights. "Where are your parents?" He asks. I look down holding my tears. "Oh um..." My throat runs dry. I walk to the kitchen. "Dinner?" I ask changing the subject. "Sure." He says. I quickly start making it avoiding the subject. "Ally? You can talk to me." He says behind me. I turn to look at him. He smiles reassuring. I smile back slightly. After making dinner, I set the table. "Join me." He says pointing to his lap. I roll my eyes and sit on it. "I will feed you my lady." He says adorablely.He gives me his cheeky grins. I smile. "Now open up. Say ah." He says demonstrating for me. I laugh.
