Heads up: Please do disregard the fact that in each picture she wears something different. Once again, I am not very good with editing pictures to look like I would want them to. I work with what I am given. Thank you!

(A while later with Camila)

Camila was on the ground, bloodied up a bit after Cortez hit her. Cortez knelt down on the ground next to her. She tried to scoot away, put he put his arms around her. His grip got tighter. Was he crying? What kind of man slaps someone and then cries?

'Weakling. Even I can tolerate your hits without fussing. For fuck sake man get some backbone,' she thought. She could care less about him making a fool of himself. She just wanted him to let her the hell go. Camila sighed. Would this ever be over?

"I'm not crying, just so you know."

"Say it to my face then."

Another hit across the face. Her hair spilled over her face. Now it was just starting to hurt. Camila looked at him angry as hell.

"That look doesn't scare me."

"Coward....."

He got really close to her face. Closer than she wanted him to. There was pure lust in his eyes, and she despised it. All Camila wanted was to be with her daughter and husband, but apparently Cortez didn't approve of a bloodline that wasn't his.

"I'm leaving for a minute, behave."

"I'm disgusted by your love for me."

"You'll learn to deal with it soon."

"Never!"

"Bold words from a woman in captivity."

Cortez left without another word. Just then, Epifanio came out from around the corner. Camila thought she was dreaming. There was no way it could be real.

"Are you okay?!"

"I-I'm... How did you..."

"I told you I would get here one way or another. I wasn't going to leave you behind. I'd never leave you behind. Though we could use some work on our fights."

"Yeah...." she answered with a small grin.

She couldn't wait any longer. After he helped her up, she kissed him. Kissing him made her feel faint. It started going dark, and only got darker. It was cold.

Camila woke up to see a woman leaning over her instead. Her head hurt like hell. The woman was a nurse. Camila's face dropped hard at the realization that it was only a dream. Cortez had hit her so hard, she passed out. Suddenly, she noticed she was wearing different clothes as she sat up.

"You looked cold. I changed your clothes. Don't worry, I made sure he wasn't watching whatsoever. I'm sorry that this is happening to you."

"Y-You're on my side?"

"Of course. Cortez is an asshole. He forced me into this by saying he'll kill my family if I don't help him. Hijo de puta (Son of a bitch). He's dead to me. How are you feeling?"

Camila didn't want to answer that question. Just thinking about it made her feel awful. Camila couldn't hold back anymore. Just as Cortez walked in, Camila had started crying with her face buried in her arms.

Cortez stared at her. 'D-Did I do that? I know I made her pass out, but I've never made her cry before. Okay, except for that other time just earlier, but this time it's different.' He felt awful. Unlucky for him, his emotions were in control. He knelt down beside her and pulled her into a hug.
