Only Peter Parker’s luck was this terrible. How he managed to deal with it on a daily basis was unknown, but he did. But today was on a whole new level. This was worse than the time he was dropped in a lake. Because at the end of the day, he found out that he Chemistry class was going on a field trip to…

STARK TOWER!!

The permission slip felt heavy in his hands as he made his way home. Maybe he could get Pepper to sign it. After Tony had come to Peter about Spider-Man, he instantly grew attatched to the young Spider.

Their relationship only grew from there, and Every since May’s passing two years before, He’s been living at the tower with Tony and Pepper. They had adopted the teen when they found out what happened, and Peter went from Tony’s intern to Tony’s son.

And not only is he now Peter Stark, (He’s still known as Peter Parker by his peers) but his family is the Avengers. And his entire class his taking a field trip to his house. It just couldn’t get any worse. He leaves the classroom with his best friend walking next to him.

“So what are you gonna do?” Ned asks him.

“I don’t know dude. I can’t let the team know about it or they’ll embarrass me for sure. And then there’s the other interns. I don’t know!” Peter starts to freak out more by the second.

“Well first I think you should calm down. A sensory overload would not be good right now, and you know they happen when you panic.”

Peter just nods as he tries to calm himself down.

“You’re right.” Peter feels his phone chime in his pocket and he pulls it out to find a text from Happy.

If you’re not out here in the next thirty seconds, you’re walking home.

“Who was it?” Ned asks.

“That was Happy. I gotta go. Are you coming over this weekend for movie night?”

“Of course dude. You know what, you should invite MJ.” A blush covers Peter’s face as he thinks about the sarcastic and intelligent
girl. He’s had a crush on her for a while, but of course he would never admit it. The only person who knew was Ned.

10 seconds kid…

“You know what Ned, I have to go. I’ll see you later.”

“Later Peter.” The two seperate and Peter makes his way over to the waiting vehicle. The drivers side window comes down to reveal a very annoyed looking driver.

“Hey Happy.” Peter says as he climbs into the back seat.

“Hey kid.” The conversation stops there and Peter leans against the window, watching the world move by as they drive to the tower. It only takes a few seconds for the teen to fall asleep.

It was later at dinner when everyone noticed the unusually quiet teen. He would normally be ranting about his day as Spider-Man or some Lego set he and Ned were gonna build. But he was completely quiet, pushing his food around on his plate.

“So, Peter. How was school today?” Steve asks from across the table.

“It was alright I guess. Kinda boring though.”

“How about Ned? What’s he been up to?” Bruce asks.

“Um… nothing much. He’ll be over for movie night on Saturday.”
