Chaos here it is. I tried, I honestly did.
So let me know what you all think.

Peter Parker had been bullied since his first day of highschool, when Flash had decided that the introverted kid was the perfect target. But at least when that happened, he could go home and get away from it all. After he came home he would tell May all the good parts of his day, and they would sit and watch a movie together.
Things were beginning to get better for Peter, believe it or not. He now had an entire family looking put for him, and not only that but now he had a dad. Not that Peter didn't still love his aunt. In fact he loved her more than anyone. Its just that growing up without a dad, and having uncle Ben taken from him, it was nice to have a father figure in his life.
That was his personal life. And unfortunately his personal life and his school life were two different things. School seemed to be getting worse. Flash was bullying the teen more than ever, both in and out of school. The bully would wait for Peter outside the school before he and his group of idiots would gang up on the Spider-Kid. Could Peter fight back? Of course he could. Would he? Never.
And not only that, but Flash had even caught Peter outside of Delmar's and in the subway. It seemed like the only place Peter was safe from the bully was when he was at home.
That's why as Peter walks toward the ice cream parlor, he constantly glances over his shoulder, waiting for the moment when Flash would show up.
"Hey Kid? You okay?" Peter jumps at Tony's voice, having forgotten who he was with in the first place. He had been so focused on avoiding Flash that he hadn't been paying attention.
"Y-Yeah. I'm fine. Why do you ask?" Peter responds, once again looking over his shoulder. Tony of course notices this.
"You just seem...distracted. kind of on edge. Is it your Spidey-Sense?"
"No. Nothing like that." Peter just shakes his head and tries to forget about it and focus on what's going on.
They had been working in the lab when Pepper suggested they go out and do something instead of staying inside. Tony had suggested Ice cream, so here they were.
They enter the I've cream parlor and grab a seat in the back, Peter still keeping watch for when the bully may appear.
Eventually Peter manages to relax, eating Icecream and talking science with his totally-not-a-father-figure Tony Stark. They've just finished and are about to leave when Tony speaks up.
"You go on, I'll catch up. I have business to attend to." With that said Tony walks in the direction of the bathrooms in the back of the shop, while Peter turns on his heel and walks outside. He stands outside and waits, preferring the sunny day outside to the crowded Icecream parlor.
Of course, something always has to happen.
No sooner than he steps outside, Peter's Spider-senses go crazy. He barely has time to react before he's shoved forward. The teen stumbles, but he doesn't fall.
"What are doing here Puny Parker?" Flash asks, giving Peter another shove.
"Flash, Leave me alone."
"How about no. What are you doing here?" Flash points to the parlors front windows. "This is a place for families. Not wimpy orphan teen no one wants to be around."
