It was lonely without Ezra around me all of the time. I missed him so much, but I couldn't be around him at the moment. My heart ached, and I could tell Danielle's did too. She still visited him, but not as much as before.
"Mommy can we go see daddy?" Her big eyes looked at me. I didn't want to see him nor talk to him, but how could I tell her no?
"Maybe later honey,"
"Okay," she slumped down and walked away. I pulled out my phone and clicked on Ezra's name. We haven't texted in awhile, but today we would.
"Danielle wants to see you, can we come by so she can see you?" I slid the phone back in my pocket. As soon as I put it in my pocket it buzzed.
"Yes, please and thank you. I appreciate it. I still love you Bay."
"You're welcome." My days were getting hard. Jades four year anniversary was in a couple months, my moms anniversary was also in a couple months, and my dads anniversary was in a couple of weeks. I wiped away a tear that was escaping.
"What's wrong mommy?" Asked Danielle.
"Nothing baby. Daddy can see you today." She screamed in excitement.
"Look mommy." She pointed to Jaden, who was walking.
"Come here Jaden." I clapped my hands for her to follow. She started walking towards me and plopped down.
"Good job honey." I said and kissed her forehead.
We were in the car heading to Ezra's apartment. We were singing to let it go from frozen. They loved that movie. We were coming around the corner, and smashed into the front of a Mac truck.
