donghyuck and mark changed out of their wedding suits to more casual suits made of cotton so they could breath. although they got distracted because of each other, they changed in about ten minutes. donghyuck fixed mark's bow tie, and mark did the same to donghyuck. donghyuck grabbed the collar of mark's suit jacket, pulling him close and kissing him. mark chuckled into the kiss, arms wrapping around donghyuck's small waist.

"sorry, couldn't resist," donghyuck hummed once he pulled away, patting mark's shoulders, fixing the wrinkles that weren't there. mark nodded slowly, hands on his husband's hips, rubbing his thumb over the bone there gently.

"i think taeyong cried more than i did," mark laughed, donghyuck smiling brightly at that comment. it was true, taeyong shed more tears than maybe any of them. jisung cried, too. hell, everyone cried.

"how about that jaemin kid? he seemed really sweet," donghyuck asked, talking about renjun and jeno's new boyfriend. it was a shock to see the three of them together, because renjun and jeno never mentioned the boy until today.

"he seems to treat them like kings. i like the kid," mark responded, spinning donghyuck around. donghyuck laughed, letting mark spin him around slowly. they swayed together for a little while, heads resting on each other's shoulder.

"i think the party is going to be a lot of fun," mark whispered against donghyuck's neck, donghyuck giggling a little because it tickled. it was going to be fun. they asked lucas and taeil to create the playlist. they preferred dance music, music that was upbeat and fun to listen to. they did ask for at least two slow ones, so they could have the traditional slow dances.

"yes, it sure will be. should we finish getting ready," donghyuck responded, hands resting on the lower part of mark's back. mark played with the hair on donghyuck's nape, running his fingers through the soft hair.

"i guess. c'mon," mark hummed, ushering him into the bathroom to do his makeup. they were going for a subtle look, donghyuck with his slightly glittery eye shadow and mark with simple black eyeliner and a little bit of eye shadow. they applied a small amount of the same lip gloss, even though they both know it won't be on for the whole night.

"you look stunning. then again, when don't you," mark whispered as donghyuck spun around cutely before he did a little curtsy, which made mark fall even more in love, if that was possible. it's been about three hours since the wedding, and the after party was going to start in about an hour. they decided it was a good time to get going, so they threw their shoes on, mark grabbed the keys, and they left, heading to the arcade.

when they arrived, everyone else has already gotten there. mark grabbed donghyuck's hand after they got out of the car and they headed toward the entrance. this was the same arcade where they hung out with everyone, when they found out they sorta had feelings for each other. it had a special place in both their hearts.

they entered through the doors and cheers erupted. they let go of each other's hand in order to greet everyone. lucas approached donghyuck and picked him up bridal style, spinning him around. donghyuck was laughing, hugging him when lucas put him down. lucas gave mark a thumbs up behind donghyuck's back, both of them laughing.

"c'mon, let's go play games," donghyuck stated, kissing mark on the cheek before he ran off. mark remembered when he first did that, here in this arcade. he watched his man run off with jungwoo and jaemin, going straight to the air hockey. yuta stood next to mark, an arm drapped over his shoulder. mark rested his head on his shoulder.

"congratulations, mark. really. you two really deserve this," yuta smiled, kissing mark on the head. mark smiled, arm resting on yuta's waist. yuta and hansol created eye contact from across the room and smiled; hansol was cheering on donghyuck. mark noticed, pinching yuta's side jokingly, who laughed before tickling mark a little.

"let us live, alright," yuta laughed, fixing mark's clothing. mark nodded, a smile dancing on his face. yuta hugged him before leading him over to the hockey table, where donghyuck was winning by a long shot. as a joke, mark started cheering for jungwoo, and everyone started laughing.

"you and i next, then, mister," donghyuck smirked, hitting the little puck as it flew into the opposing goal. jungwoo pouted before he walked over and hugged donghyuck, going to stand by lucas as everyone watched mark walk to the opposite side.

"you're going down, minhyung," donghyuck said, hitting the puck, but mark blocked it. chenle and jisung were cheering for mark, but shut up when donghyuck looked at them. mark rolled his eyes and hit the puck straight into the goal, earning himself a point. donghyuck pouted as he took it out, hitting it against the side of the table.

"not bad, hyuck," mark whispered as he hit it back, scoring again. he looked up to see donghyuck in shock, a smile ghosting his face. mark just shrugged, going back to focusing on the puck. donghyuck scored next and once the game was done, they were tied.

"mark and hyuck really are the same," jisung said cutely, looking at both of them in awe. mark and donghyuck blushed as they looked at each other, smiles on their face. donghyuck raised his hand just slightly above the edge of the table to send mark a heart before getting pulled off to somewhere else by sicheng and taeil.

mark looked down, smiling so much his cheeks hurt. he felt a hand on his waist and looked up to see taeyong, his hair slicked back and black eyeliner on his brown eyes. he looked absolutely stunning, to say the least. jaehyun was behind him, who looked just as stunning.

"you two look so pretty," mark laughed, getting pulled into a hug by both of them. they held him for a little bit, a tight hold on him.

"we try. you look even better. our little lion," jaehyun scratched mark's chin, mark closing his eyes a little. taeyong cupped the younger's face, kissing him on the forehead. mark really saw taeyong as his older brother. and taeyong acted like one. probably even more like a mother, but he didn't like to admit it.

"thanks, dads," mark jokingly said, causing all three of them to laugh. after they were done laughing, taeyong whispered something in jaehyun's ear. jaehyun nodded, giving him a peck to his temple before walking away, making sure to scratch mark's chin one more time just for good measure.

"okay. mark, i love you. you know that. i just can't believe you're so grown up. i remember when you complained about not having someone to cuddle with. you had me, but i know you wanted someone who wasn't already dating someone. and i would do anything to make my little lion happy. thankfully, donghyuck stumbled into our lives at the same time. pure luck," taeyong laughed, pulling mark over to a booth to sit him down.

"he instantly agreed, absolutely no hesitation. it was at that moment that i knew he would be the one for you. now look. you two are married. it's emotional to see you two grow up before my eyes. it seemed like it was just yesterday. hell, seeing everyone grow up is hard. i'm just glad you and i are still as close as ever," taeyong smiled, hand resting atop mark's.

"you and i will always be close. you're my best friend. you're my family. all of you are. i love you guys," mark's voice cracked a little, and taeyong pulled him into a little awkward of a hug. mark sighed, his chin resting on taeyong's shoulder.

"we love you, pumpkin. now let's go have fun. your husband is probably playing ski with the young ones," taeyong joked, looking in the direction of the ski's. and sure enough, there was donghyuck, surrounded by jaemin, renjun, jeno, chenle, and jisung. mark sighed happily, his legs almost too weak to stand up.

"i still get weak in the legs when i look at him," mark mumbled, sitting back up. taeyong looked at him adoringly, the proudest smile on his face.

"good. you'll feel that way for a long time," taeyong smiled, eyes falling on jaehyun. they shared a look, a silent exchange of words. jaehyun mouthed an i love you, to which taeyong mouthed those words back. mark stood up and headed over to greet everyone individually. taeyong sat at the booth, watching his little lion happily. he's so grown up now.
