The Bond

Chapter 6

Grace took me up to her room. I walked in and I could understand that she was one big animal lover, she had a lot of Wilde life posters and she loved sports. She sat on her bed and told me to jump on the bed. I climbed on the bed, it was super soft and comfortable. Just then Grace's father came in.

" Grace come here"! He summoned her.

Grace went out the door and I could hear her father talking to her in a very serious voice.

"What were you thinking
Grace"!
"That was a pretty courage a act you just did there".

Was he talking about me?

Grace didn't know what to say but I could feel that she was scared, I was scared too I didn't want to loose my home.

"I just wanted a companion and now I have someone to play with, Please don't take him away I can prove to you that he is a big sweetheart"!

Her father didn't know what to say. He asked Grace if he could see me in person. Grace went up stairs and slowly picked me up. She showed to me to her father.

"This is Belker"! she introduced me. Her father looked at me as if I was an alien.

"That mutt came from Hell"! He murmured.

He broke my heart in to thousands of peices. I jumped of from Grace's lap and ran out to the garden.

"Why would u say something so cruel"!? she said and ran after me. I was walking around the garden with my broken heart apologizing to my self for bieng a beast from hell. I saw Grace coming after me. She sat next to me.

" I know how you feel but please be aware that you are an angel from heaven, not a Beast from Hell"! I felt alittle bit more better. Then Grace started rolling around in the grass and I started chasing her. Now that was fun. Grace was laughing with joy.
