"Louis it's 11 am"

"What? Did you not believe me when I said that I was going to take a nap?"

Edward raised a brow, but still let the boy drag him down onto the bed.

"I don't know why you're making that face, Eddy. You said it yourself downstairs that you wanted to nap too." Louis put a pillow on Edward's chest and laid on top of him, successfully finding a comfortable position.

Edward wrapped his arms around Louis, ensuring that the boy couldn't escape the impending conversation. "So where did you go when you left me, Baby?"

Louis pretended to be asleep.

"I know you're not sleeping right now, Louis."

Louis continued to pretend.

Edward sighed and flipped them over, throwing the pillow to the side and pinning the boy down. "Open your eyes."

Louis didn't.

"Fine!" Edward shook his head and looked down at the boy. "You leave me with no choice. Don't get mad, Baby Doll. I gave you multiple chances."

Louis threw his head back and let out a shameless laugh when the man attacked his sides with merciless tickles. "S-Stop!"

"No." Edward dipped his head down and blew raspberries into Louis' neck, never ceasing the tickles.

"E-Edward, please," Louis pleaded breathlessly, trying his best to suppress the uncontrollable laughter that rocked through his body.

"Hmm." Edward stilled his movements, slowly moving away from Louis' neck. "And what do I gain from stopping, Doll?"

Louis wiping the tears from his eyes and giggled, "I-I dunno, what do you want to gain?"

Edward glanced at Louis' smile. "A kiss."

Louis obliged, quickly pressing his lips against Edward's, before the man could even think about tickling him again.

Edward moved to support himself on either side of the boy's head and deepen the kiss. Edward pulled away before the lighthearted mood could change. He looked down at Louis with lust clouded eyes and smiled. "I suppose I will spare you."

Louis straddled Edward and glared playfully up at him as soon as he remembered something. Louis did have to admit that he forgot of the proposition, but as soon as he remembered, he wasted no time to acting upon it. "I want to make a deal with you, Mister."

Edward disregarded his prior reservations and pressed his arousal against the boy's fulfilling thighs. "I like this deal, Baby Doll."

"I don't want 100,000 pounds. I want a bunny, one with the floppy ears."

Edward took a second to process the request.

If he was being honest, he forgot completely of the deal he had previously made with the boy of giving him money for sexual favors. As the dynamics of their relationship changed, the need for their previously agreed arrangement dissipated.

However, through bringing it back up, Edward understood what Louis would be promising next. He was not against the turn of events at all, so he chose not to question the boy's strange offer, despite it being an obviously unusual time to present it. Edward still was confused over the random proposal.

"Well don't just stare at me, say something."

Edward decided it then.

"I will be getting you a rabbit -along with anything else you may believe is appealing. However, you don't need to offer me anything, your happiness is reward enough."

Louis smirked and crossed his arms, he looked up at Edward with a knowing face. "So... you don't want to have sex with me?"

"No no, that's not what I've said," Edward spoke quickly. "I said, that you shouldn't feel like you must offer me something in return for anything I give you. If you want a whole farm I'll get it for you expecting nothing."

"Hm." Louis toyed with the idea of accepting a farm, but quickly dismissed the thought when he remembered of the literal shit that came along with owning animals. Then he remembered the subject at hand, and decided to bring it back to what he was initially trying to achieve. "So you will get me a bunny then?"

Edward rolled his eyes. The boy didn't get the point. "Yes, Baby Doll. Plus-... I just... I don't want you to have sex with me solely to get a rabbit."

Louis smiled and twirled a curly strand of Edward's hair around his finger. "You want me to loove you?"

Edward loathed himself for blushing. "Don't tease me, Louis."

"Aw, don't be ashamed, my mushy little teddy bear," Louis cooed, squishing Edward's cheeks and straddling his hips. "Such a cute little Eddie poo. Oh! I just want to squeeze your adorable little face."

The man sighed at the treatment but didn't move away from Louis' touch.

Both of them knew well that had it been anyone else to mess with Edward in such a way, they would have been dealt with harshly.

Louis laughed and finally stopped pushing the man's cheeks together when he realized his unamused face was not bluffing. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry."

The sound of his laughter ignited a flame deep in Edward's heart, it always happened when Louis laughed, and Edward never got quite bored of the feeling. Louis was perfectly flawed. He could do no wrong.

Edward remembered how he felt when his Father wanted to take Louis away. His Louis. His heart, his sun, his everything, his baby doll.

"I'm sorry, geez. I didn't mean to make you mad."

Edward snapped himself out of his thoughts and unclenched his fists. "It wasn't you, Baby Doll. I was just thinking, don't worry."

"Talk to me about it." Louis frowned and tucked the loose strands of hair that fell over Edward's face.

Edward shook his head and gently kissed Louis' bottom lip. "You are what is most important to me. If you were ever to be taken away from me, I would spend every second of my life trying to get you back."

"Every single second?" Louis looked up at Edward and thought about his statement. "You wouldn't even eat?"

"Never, that would be a waste of time," Edward mumbled, tucking his face into Louis' neck.

"You wouldn't sleep?"

"No, I couldn't fall asleep without you if I tried anyway." Edward pressed soft kisses against Louis' jugular.

Louis smiled softly and messed with Edward's hair. "Really?"

"Really." Edward pulled away to look earnestly into Louis' eyes.

Just when Louis was about to speak up, Edward said, "I'm sorry."

Louis blinked. "For what?"

"When we first met... I wasn't nice."

"Yes, I vaguely remember you pointing a gun at me, but it's okay." Louis kissed Edward's forehead. "Why are you all sentimental today?"

"I just happened to remember what you mean to me," Edward admitted, resting his forehead against Louis'.

Louis blushed. "Under different circumstances my Dad would like you."

"My Mother would have loved you."

Louis hugged Edward's torso.

Edward hugged him back. "Don't pity me."

"I don't. I understand how you feel too well," Louis mumbled, deeply appreciating Edward's musky scent. "Can we actually take a nap?"

"Only if you give me some of the blanket."

"Deal."
