Forth comes home to see this Beam happily making stuff in their living room.
Forth: Beammie, what are you doing?
Beam: Oh hey, welcome back *pulling Forth's tie down to kiss him on the cheek*. I'm making presents to take to MingKit and Phayo's wedding showers. I'm glad they are hosting their parties together.
Forth: Wow, you got a lot. You need my help?
Beam: Nope, I'm almost done. I just need to wrap up this two fruit baskets.
Forth stares at the relatively small and "fruitless" basket. He only see boxes.
Forth: Honey, you said you are sending them fruit baskets. I don't see any fruits. Are those boxes you are trying to wrap like, chocolate flavored boxes?
Beam: No, they are boxes of fruit flavored condoms and other bedroom goodies.

Forth: Wow...you...got quite a lot there.
Beam: Well, yeah. I was thinking about the gifts for some time now and this came as the most practical thing ever. So I got them a fruit basket of fruit flavored condoms, fruit flavored lubs and edible fruity underwears, everything fruity.
Forth: Honey, I am so impressed right now.
Beam: I know. I out-impressed myself too. I know you are horny. Just give me a sec, I'll finish MingKit's and then we can go take a shower together.
Forth realizes something.
Forth: Honey, that fruit basket for MingKit, why are all those durian flavored?
Beam: *calmly* Because it's my payback for Ming for taking you out for a durian all you can eat and you came back with nosebleed.
Forth: Sweetie, you are amazing. Please add more. That durian buffet caused me to suffer nosebleed for a few days.
Beam: I'll do as you say my Khun Luang.
