An Angst Insert 

Ming: If that's all you have to say P'Kit then I will cut the call.

Ming is about to end the call but pauses. Yo knew P'Kit must have said something but without replying, Ming promptly cuts the call and turns the power off.

Yo: You guys are still fighting? It's been 1 week already. Didn't P'Kit already apologize to you?

Ming: Yes he did. Doesn't mean I have to accept it.

Yo: Didn't he already explain it to you since last week? Why are you still being an asshole ignoring him for so many days?

Ming: So he told you what happened already?

Yo: No, P'Pha told me a little and I guessed the rest. Look, that guy you saw P'Kit with could be just a family friend of theirs. Nothing is going between them I am sure.

Ming: Right. And family friends kiss each on the lips when they send each other home.

Yo: You only saw it one time. Maybe that guy has something for P'Kit or P'Kit didn't even expect the kiss?

Ming: How would you know Kit didn't expect the kiss? Maybe that's an old lover he never told me about.

Yo: You know that isn't true. You are just being overly jealous and because you are a lousy listener and have selective hearing, you refused to accept P'Kit telling you he is only a family friend and that kiss was accidental.

Ming: Fine, I admit I am being jealous. I don't like seeing my lover with some other guy and that doesn't change the fact he kissed another guy in front of me.

Yo: To be fair, you aren't supposed to be there to witness that. 

Ming: Whatever, I just want time to cool off. I am done chasing Kit all the time and being the one to give in. This time, I want Kit to come to me.

Yo: And if he doesn't?

Ming: ....I'll... I don't want to think about that.

Yo: Well, you made your own choice then. Don't say I didn't warn you asshole. And if I ever have to take sides, I am not on yours. I feel bad for P'Kit falling in love with a dumb dumb like you.

Ming: He doesn't love me. He never tells me he does.

Yo: And you never notice the things he did in lieu of saying those words of love. You are hopeless. Ok bye, I gotta go for class. I am not ditching class to accompany an idiot.

Yo begins to walk away until Ming calls him back.

Ming: Kit-Kat really loves me?

Yo gives him the look.

Yo: No, he must hate you enough to attempt to call you for a week and stupidly dates you for 2 years. That's sarcasm for your information. Use that brain of yours. If he doesn't love you, he wouldn't have panicked and tried calling you to explain to you. You think about it.

Yo disappears around the corner leaving Ming to his own thoughts. He switches on his phone again and not a moment too soon, 2 miscall numbers appear. Both from Kit.

Ming sighs.
