The impact was quick, painless almost. The sound of shattering glass could be heard as the truck tipped over.

There seemed to be an outlet on the other side of the truck, I was looking at one, while I was hit like a freat train from the other side.

"Mina?"

I struggled to keep my eyes open, my face was wet, the light from the sun shine onto me.

"I'm here."

The sound of movement was around me. The noise of glass being stepped on. The passenger door opened and my limp body was being pulled from the seat.

I opened my eyes.
"Pea?"

I was sat in the back of an ambulance. I searched around, looking for Pea.
"Ma'am please sit back."

My eyes scanned around, looking for Sweet Pea. The truck was flipped over, people were either being seen or looking at the mess made.

"Mina?"

My father came around the ambulance. He held a concerned look on his face.

"Dad?"

FP made his appearance as well. My dad engulfed me in a hug while FP sat at my side.

"Where's Sweet Pea?"
"He's in the truck. Barely had a scratch on him, they needed him to be out of the way."
"Can you get him for me? Please?"

FP gave a nod before he disappeared again. The medic was still patching up a cut on my head.

"Mina, he was so panicked, I thought they were going to have to put him in cuffs, he loves you, doll."

Sweet Pea rushed from behind the ambulance. I was engulfed in a hug.

"Oh Mina. I'm so sorry."
"You didn't do anything wrong, love."
"Sir, I need to finish my job."

Sweet Pea backed from me. The medic proceeded patching up my head, I paid attention the people picking up the scraps from my truck.

"Mina, as soon as you're finished, we'll go, hun."

Sweet Pea stayed by me as FP and Fred walked back to the truck. His arm, wrapped around my back side.

"They found the boys in Toledo" I nodded, listening to him.
"You're done, you can go."

I stood from the stretcher, grabbing onto Sweet Pea's hand. We walked to where Fred and FP were talking.

"Ready to go?"
"Yup."

FP got on his bike, while Sweet Pea, Fred, and I all crammed into the truck.

I was in the middle, leaning on Sweet Pea.

"I'm so sorry this happened to you."
"Stop apologizing."

I watched out the window, watching as the tree's turned into residential areas.

"Do you still have my keys?"
"Yeah, they're right here."
