The girls were sitting at the lunch table having a rowdy conversation, when the fellas came over to join them and then things got awkward for Niamha so she decided to head to the library to get an early start on her homework. She pulled out a chair and got started on her Math worksheets.

"Mind if I join you?" asked a familiar voice.

She turned around and saw Michael standing behind her. She smiled at him. "Of course."

He pulled out a chair and sat next to her; he pulled out a notebook and started drawing. Niamha tried to look over at his drawing only for him to block it with his arm.

"Come on let me see!" She squealed playfully trying to extend herself over his arm.

"Naw ma it isn't ready yet." Michael looked up only to find that Niamha was so close that if he moved his head just right he could have kissed her. His eyes moved from her lips to her eyes, but what he saw there he couldn't understand. They stayed like this for what seemed like forever when in reality it was less than five minutes.

"I just wanted to see it Michael." Niamha said before sitting back in her seat and focusing on her work.

"You will ma," he said focusing on the drawing, "when it's ready for your beautiful eyes to see." He looked over at her and waited until she did. When she didn't he took his index figure and placed it under her chin forcing her to look at him. "I promise." He looked her dead in the eyes as he made this promise to her. He saw her eyes melt and become a pool of warm amber brown that he could get lost in forever. He didn't realize that he was leaning in towards her while keeping his eyes locked with hers; he hesitated searching her eyes for the okay to kiss her. He closed the gap between them and was about to kiss her when she gently pushed him on his chest, causing him to fall back in his chair.

"I can't do this." Was all she said before she began packing her things and left in a hurry out of the library. Michael couldn't do anything besides watch her go.

Niamha walked out of the locker room and into the dance studio and went to go and sit with the rest of the girls that were trying out. She paid attention to the coach as she gave instructions and information to the girls.

"Welcome to the Dangerous Diva's Dance Team Try Outs," the coach said walking and taking a seat on a stool in front of the group, "look I'm going to keep it short and sweet with you all," she paused and looked each and every girl, "this dance team is a commitment, lifestyle if you must say. You will eat, drink, breath, and live this dance team. We are a not only a dance team but we are a sisterhood. Complete respect for the team and all the members of the team is a non-negotiable, so if you can't handle that then you need to step," she paused and when no one made an effort to move she continued, "today you will learn a dance, several stand routines, and be tested on your flexibility you will be evaluated as a large group and then we will come through and assign you to your audition group based on how well you perform. This is your group for come the end of these four hours I have with you and you have to try out. You all maybe saying four hours to learn all that," she again looked at every girl in the room before continuing, "Well I say welcome to the life of a Dangerous Diva. Now lets begin."

Everyone got up and moved to face the wall of mirrors at the front of the studio. The music came on and Elizabeth and Faith came to the front to begin the stretching. After about an hour, Brynn and Miranda came to teach us the dance. Since Niamha has been dancing since she was two she caught onto the moves fairly quickly, and when Brynn and Miranda went thru the dance a fourth time she was doing it move for move with them. Next came Francesca to teach us the stand routines, those were fairly easy and once again Niamha caught on quickly. As she was performing in the large group with everyone else Coach Harrison came over to her and asked her to take a seat away from the group. Doing as she was told she watched as others were either given number or asked to leave. When it came down to the final hour she watched as the fifteen girls that were left slimed down to the ten that would become the new members of the Dangerous Diva's. After everyone left Coach Harrison called Niamha back into her office. Niamha went in and after closing the door she sat in the chair in front of the coach's desk. They sat in a silence before the coach finally spoke.

"Niamha-" Coach Harrison began, "-how would you feel being placed as co-dance choreographer for the dance team along with Miranda and Brynn?"

Niamha's eyes lit up with joy after hearing the offer coach just made to her. "Of course I would love too, but why me?"

Coach looked at her like she had lost her mind before explaining to her. "I saw the way you danced. I can see the joy you get from dancing. Besides I like your style," Niamha blushed a little before coach continued, "and another thing you remind me of me when I was your age and loved to dance."

"Thank you so much Coach for this opportunity, I promise you I won't let you down." Niamha reassured her before standing to leave.

"I know you won't." she heard coach say before she closed the door to her office and headed to the locker room and grabbed her stuff, she put on her Addidas jacket because it had gotten a little chilly outside. She walked outside and saw that her car was the only one in the parking lot. She headed over to her car and saw that something was stuck on her windshield. She went to go and get the piece of paper that had her name on it and opened it. She quickly caught the note that fell out before it hit the ground and read it:

Now it's just as perfect as you are.

Mike.

She moved the note to the side and stared at the drawing of her and admired its beauty. She smiled and something in her heart tugged as she got in her car and headed home, where she placed the picture on her vanity mirror to forever admire its beauty.
