Chapter 48

NASH'S POV

I woke up and the first thing I did was text Brooke.

me- hey, so about our talk

Brooke- what about it?

me- are we still on?

Brooke- yeah definetly! Where should we meet?

me- at our special place;)

Brooke- and where would that be?

me- where we played tag;)

Brooke- oh gotcha;) I'll see you there in like 30 minutes?

me- yeah see ya beautiful:)

Brooke- bye Nash:)

I quickly start to get ready because I only had 15 minutes, it takes 15 to get to our special place.

Once I'm finally ready, I snatch my phone and strut out the front door. I quickly made a group chat telling them where I would be.

When I was on my way all I was doing was thinking.

BROOKE'S POV

I dont know why I'm nervous. I feel like we are making a big deal out of something. All I want Nash to know is that I still, and always will, love him.

I was wearing a long sleeve shirt and a pair of grey sweats. Along with my white Vans.

Before I walk out the door, I right a note to Sam and Courtney telling them where I'd be.

When I was on my way, I decided to text Nash.

me- I love you:)

Nash- I love you moreee:)

me- I dont think that's possible;)

Nash- well nothings impossible;)

me- yeah but I still love you more

Nash- now that is a false statement!

me- okay Mr. Grier I'll see you in a bit;)

Nash- okay gorgeous, I love you! (more)

me- I love you most:)

Nash- no you dont! We'll just say I won this battle. I'll see your beautiful face in a couple minutes:)

me- okay see ya in bit:)

We finally stopped texting when I reached the top. I couldn't wait to see Nash! Its only been a day and I'm so excited to see him.

When I finished trudging my way up the mountain, my first sight is Nash. As soon as we make eye contact, I run and jump into his arms.

"It feels right when your in my arms," Nash says while tightening his grip on me.

"It feels right to be in your arms," I mumble into his shirt. He always smells so good.

After a while, we slowly pull away. His piercing blue eyes make contact with my boring brown eyes.

"Brooke, I am so sorry for exploding on you. You didn't deserve any of that. I was just caught in the moment. You know that I would never hurt you right?"

"Of coarse Nash. I love you so much and I dont know how we could live without each other."

Nash embraces me in a hug.

"What should we do today?" I ask while pulling away from the hug.

"Whatever you want," Nash says and smiles.

"Well I dont know!" I say while throwing my arms in the air.

"Okay, let's just hang out here until we wanna leave?"

"Perfect!" I yell. God I'm so perky today, probably because Nash and I are good.

Probably until 3:30 Nash and I were on the mountain. We were talking, laughing, and doing other stuff, if ya know what I mean.

"Do you know how cute you look in just a pair of sweats and a t shirt?" Nash asks and I blush like crazy.

"Thanks Nash," I say through a smile. There was a moment of silence and Nash connected our lips.

I roughly kiss back. Things get really heated. It seems like we just can't get enough of each other. I guess that's how people who love each other despratly feel.

I pull away when Nash's shirt came off. I didn't want to lose my virginity on top of a mountain, even though I despratly wanted more of him.

"What the hell Brooke!?" Nash yells catching his breath. I shrug my shoulders with an innocent smile.

Nash gives me a dirty glare and shakes his head.

"I'm gonna get back at you you little tease!" Nash yells

"No you won't," I say like a smartass.

"Oh I will! You just wait."

"Yeah-huh okay, whatever you say Nash." Nash shakes his head yet again and pulls me off the ground.

"Let's go!" Nash shouts while dragging me behind him.

"Where are we going!?"

"On an adventure!" Nash yells

"Your such a little kid Nash!"

"Yeah but I'm your little kid," he looks back and winks at me.

I think we're in the canyon. Where the hell could Nash be taking me this time?
