The next morning, I woke up with a sleeping Roman on my chest, his face warm against my cool skin and bed hair tickling my neck lightly as the refreshing breeze from the open window snuck in. I rolled my eyes with a smirk at the fact Roman would've woken up with Peter on his shoulder then got weirded out and came to find me. I stretched a bit before cuddling closer to Roman to absorb his warmth, causing him to stir slightly with flickering eyes before closing them again with a soft groan, pulling me closer to his body.
"You were so drunk yesterday huh?"
I mumbled into his firm chest.
"Explains why my head kinda hurts."
Roman murmured back. I smiled to myself, glad him and Peter were ok again.
"So, what did happen between you and Peter yesterday?"
I asked in general interest. Roman released a soft sigh and moved his hand to let his fingers trace through my hair as he spoke.
"We started off pretty hard on each other and let out a lot of shit that we'd not expressed I guess. Then we shook hands, Peter apologised for bailing on me and we got pissed."

I gave a light laugh before leaning up to kiss his cheek.
"I'm really glad you guys made up."
Romans eyes had opened now, the glowing morning sun bringing out the small gold flecks in his deep green eyes.
"Yeah. Me too."
He spoke softly, delicately tracing the ridges of my spine as if I was made of sharp crystal he didn't want to cut himself on.
"Right, I'm gonna go check Peters still downstairs. Wanna help make some breakfast in a bit?"
I said getting out of the toasty satin sheets and wrapping a kimono around my naked figure. Roman just seemed to be leaning on his side with his head in his hand watching me with now fully open eyes and a smirk plastered on his chiselled face. I frowned as I made eye contact whilst finger combing my hair.
"What're u looking at me like that for?"
Roman's eyes slowly looked me up and down before he replied,
"I'm so lucky that's all. I just have to look at you sometimes to make sure you're real cuz honestly, I don't deserve you."
Fuck. That's my heart melted today at 10 in the fucking morning. A huge smile spread across my face as I slowly came towards Roman and leant down to kiss his warm, plush lips.
"I still think you're not real. And you're wrong by the way, we deserve each other."
Then I ruffled his hair and headed downstairs to check on Peter.

I came downstairs to find Peter on the floor with his body sprawled out as he lay on his front.
"Morning wolf boy."
I mocked as I stepped past him and into the kitchen to begin making coffee. I heard him murmur and grunt as he stirred and as I turned round briefly he sat up and looked around rubbing one eye confused.
"Why? What? How am I here?"
Peter began question himself aloud in an utterly confused state which was mildly entertaining as I waited for the coffee to brew.
"Last night? You and Roman?"
I smirked trying to give him hints as he looked at me puzzled, then his face changed to one of sudden realisation and he had a relieved smile on his face as he let out a light hearty chuckle, leaning his back against the couch and running his hands through his messy hair.
"Ah shit, yeah! Yeah it's all coming back to me now, we had a couple drinks-"
"A lot."
I corrected.
"Yes, and then we talked and reasoned and I guess-"
"And I guess it worked."
A familiar voice interrupted from the stairs. Both me and Peter looked up to see a tall, fully dressed Roman heading casually downstairs wearing his black skinny jeans with a loose grey v-neck T-shirt.
"Coffee?"
I offered him with a kiss on the cheek as he entered the kitchen.
"Uh, yeah. Thanks babe."
He kissed my cheek with a soft smile before heading over to the lounge to take a seat on the coach opposite the one Peter was leaning against. Peter immediately sat up and moved to sit properly on the couch.
"So, we're still good?"
Peter stammered slightly under Roman's intense stare. Before I came in to break the awkward silence, Roman's face suddenly merged into an amused smirk as he laughed and stood up, pulling Peter in for a hug.
"Fuck man, I thought you were-"
Peter started laughing.
"Gonna kick you're scruffy ass out again? No. We're in this together."
They patted each other's backs before pulling away and shaking hands with huge smiles on their faces. It made me smile too.
