"Morning baby" Jack pecks your lips. "Morning" you smile. You kiss him and get up. "Whoa there" Jack grabs your waist. "Jack I have to go" you giggle. "No you don't" he pulls you back into bed, kissing down your neck. "You didn't get enough last night??" He continues and you feel him smirk against your skin. "Jack I am going to be late and you have a rehearsal today" he sighs and lets go. "Fine but you are mine tonight" you cup his left cheek and kiss him. "I look forward to it" you mumble against his lips and pull away. "I love you so much" you walk to the bathroom and turn. "I love you too Avery" you smile and get ready for your meeting. "Red or blue flannel??" you ask and Jack looks over at you. "My hoodie" he puts his shirt on. "Jack it's work" you shake your head at him playfully. "Your purple and black one" he smiles. "Thanks" you put it on and Jack walks over to you, buttoning it. "How did I get so lucky??" you wrap your arms around his neck. "I could ask you the same thing" you peck his lips and head to work. You were a author and absolutely loved it. "Hey" you walk in and see Jamie. "Hey girl. What's new??" She asks and you shrug. "Nothing really" She looks at you in disbelief and hands you your laptop. "Chapter 20-27 needs to be done today" You nod and get right to work. When you wrote it was a way to escape reality and go into another world. You loved it and wouldn't change it for anything in the world.

It was around 2:40 and you had finished. "I did it!!" You smile. "And guess who got donuts??" Jamie smiles. "I love you. I hope you know that" you take a sprinkles one. "I love you too" She sits down. You and Jamie have been friends since 11th grade and always planned on opening your own business. Which lead to you both being authors. You worked as a team and wouldn't have it any other way. "So what time is Jack going home??" Jamie asks and you look at the time. "At three...which I should get going" you hug her and run out the door. You get in the car and call him.

J: Hey beautiful
Y: Hey so can we do tacos tonight??
J: I'm down for that
Y: Great
J: Then you can be my dessert
Y: Whatever pretty boy
J: Pretty boy huh??
Y: See you at home. I love you
J: Love ya too baby

You hang up and smile to yourself. You were so out of it that you didn't notice the car that ran the red light. "Ok so I need t-" You slam on your brakes but it's too late. Your whole life flashes before your eyes. You try to open your eyes but are blinded by a white light. You try your hardest to stay awake but you are crushed between your seat and the wheel. Pain shot through your whole body. You just wanted to yell and scream but no words would come out. You could feel yourself losing consciousness and try to hold onto your favourite memory but it slips away. Your eyes slowly close as you just see a black, empty, darkness.

-Jack's POV-

I smile and pack up my stuff. "See ya" I wave to the guys. "Wait" Zach hugs me. "I love ya bro" I hug back. "Even having a girlfriend won't stop Zach" Corbyn chuckles. "They are Jachary. Nothing can split them up" Jonah sips his coffee. "Whatever" I roll my eyes and then my phone rings. "Hello??" I answer. "Is this Jack Avery?? You were listed as Y/n's emergency contact" My smile automatically turns to a frown. "Where is she?? Is Y/n okay?!" I start panicking and there is a long pause. "Jack??" Daniel slowly walks over. "This is Doctor Hein...Y/n has been in a car accident" I drop my phone. "What is it??" "What happened??" "Is she okay??" they ask all these questions and I grab my keys. "Jack!!" Jonah stops me. "Y/n was in an accident" I say before running out. "JACK!!" Daniel chases after me but I jump into the car. I raced to the hospital. At this point I didn't care, I just needed to be there by her side. I park and see the boys pull up beside me. I run straight inside. "I-I'm looking for Y/n Knee" I blurt out to a nurse. She points to a room and I run in. Seeing her hooked up to a bunch of machines. The doctor looks at me and nods. "She is in a coma. I am sorry" he leaves and closes the door behind him. I walk over and sit in a chair beside her. Tears were streaming down my face and I take her cold hand in mine. "Y/n please" My voice cracks. She lays there lifeless as I kiss her hand. "Co-me back to m-me please. I n-need you" The room is silent as I whisper "Hold on" The monitor beeps loudly and the doctor rushes in. "Sir you need to get out" He says pushing me back. "No!!" I shake my head but Jonah pulls me back. The door closes and I watch as she was just laying on the bed lifeless and dying. "No Y/n!!" I yell and see the other boys look up at me not sure what to do. "PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!!!" I collapse and completely break down.
