I felt something shaking.

Not shaking a lot but just gently.

I opened my eyes and was confused as to where I was but then I remembered I was on a plane.

I looked to my right to find Luke sleeping with his headphones in.

He looked like a little baby.

I then looked to my left and found Michael asleep too with his head leaning against the window.

I looked around and saw everyone in the plane asleep.

How long was I asleep for?

I got out my phone and it said 12am but that was London time.

There was another 4 hours left till we got to LA. And everyone was asleep. I was wide awake. Great.

I sat up on my seat and noticed something white on my foot.

My right ankle was bandaged.

"You have to rest it for a few hours."

I jumped up in my seat.

I looked at Michael.

Okay so maybe he wasn't asleep after all.

"Don't. Do. That. Again" I clutched my heart to stop it from beating so fast.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you" he apologized, "the nurse said it needs a few hours to heal and since you were asleep for most of those hours it's probably healed a lot already. By the time we land it should be completly fine."

I nodded at him.

I looked back down at my ankle and tried to move it.

He was right.

It had pretty much healed because it didn't hurt as much anymore.

"So umm are we the only ones awake?" I asked after an awkward silence.

"Pretty much yeah" he replied without looking at me.

Actually during this whole conversation he hadn't looked at me.

He just stared at the seat in front of him.

"Oh okay" I whispered looking down at my lap.

Michael sighed and then turned to look at me.

"Why?" He asked.

I looked up at him.

"Sorry?" I was confused.

"Why didn't you call me back?" He questioned.

I didn't need to ask him what he was on about.

"I didn't think you'd come back" I said quietly.

Michael closed his eyes and started to breathe heavily.

After a few seconds he opened them again and stared right into my eyes.

"I will always come back to help you no matter what."

"But I thought you said we aren't friends" I raised my eyebrows.

"We aren't!" Michael snapped but then he inhaled deeply and said, "but we are civilised."

I didn't say anything.

I just stared back at my lap twiddling with my thumbs.

I heard Michael opening his backpack and heard a rustling sound while he took out something.
