Liz's POV

"Alright baby, I'll be home in a few, see you soon Love you"

"Love you too Shawn, see you soon" I hung up the phone and waited for Shawn to get home from the recording studio. He's been spending quite a lot of time at the studio lately and I feel like I hardly see him anymore. It's like ever since we found out I was pregnant he's been at the studio more and at home less and we found out I was pregnant four months ago. I guess I'll just have to confront him about that when he gets home.

"Liz I'm home" Shawn said as he walked into the house, I walked out of our room and went to the kitchen where his voice came from.

"Hey Shawn how was your day?" I ask him hugging him from behind, making him jump.

"Oh you scared me!" He laughed and turned around holding me in his arms. "My day was alright, Andrew said that I have a photo shoot to do on Friday and it'll be in England, so I'll be gone for a few days, five the most" He said as he pecked my lips and walked out of the kitchen.

What?

"I'm sorry what? Did you even bother to run this by me? Shawn you'll be gone for almost a whole week, I don't mean to sound like a needy person but wha-" Shawn turned around and cut me off,

"I was going to ask you, but it would be good I mean I'll make more money and it'll also be good publicity, more fans, more money" He stated as he walked to our bedroom.

"What? You don't need the extra money, I mean we have more than enough, It's just-" I took in a deep breathe as the baby started kicking, which to tell you the truth is painful as hell. I put my hand on my stomach which seemed to stop the kicking, thankfully.

"Are you ok Liz?" Shawn asked me his voice laced with concern.

"Yeah sorry the baby was just kicking again"

He looked at me surprised, "Kicking? Again?"

"Yeah you would know that our baby kicks all the time if you were ever home. Shawn I never see you anymore you are always either at the studio or doing some press conference thing or going over tour details with your crew and band. I just feel like ever since we found out about our baby you've been neglecting me. If you aren't ready for this baby tell me now Shawn. Because I don't want this baby to drive you away, I-I don't want to lose you Shawn, it would kill me because I love you so much that it hurts" A hurt expression washed over his face.

"Baby, I didn't know you felt like this. I am so sorry. I don't want to lose you either I love you too damn much. And this baby, our baby will never drive me away. The reason why I was working so much is because I just wanted to make more money for when the baby comes" He placed his hands on my hips as I placed mine on his cheeks, leaning into my touch he closed his eyes.

"That isn't necessary, we will be ready when our baby comes, no matter what. Even if we don't know what to do we will figure it our together" I placed a kiss on his lips, this seemed to relax him as his muscles were less tense his body was less rigid. His lips moved with mine in sync, making me feel like I'm on cloud 9, like every other time we kiss it feels like pure bliss.

"I have an idea" Shawn said after we broke the kiss, "How about we watch a movie, you set it up while I call the studio to let them know I won't be coming in for quite a while unless it's an urgent emergency that they need me to come in and fix and then we can snuggle and watch whatever you want. How does that sound?" I smiled and nodded my head.
