Keeli's POV

Shawn rubbed my belly as we watched 'All American' on the tv. One of the main characters named Asher cheated on his girlfriend, with Olivia, his girlfriends bestfriend. This weird feeling formed in the pit of my stomach, bothering me throughout the rest of the episode. It was as if Shawn could sense that something was off as he asked me what's wrong.

"I-you would never cheat on me, right?" Shawn looked bewildered at my question as it was out of the blue. 

"Baby, I would never cheat on you, where would you get that idea from?" I looked down at my lap, fiddling with the silver wedding ring on my ring finger as my face grew hot with embarrassment. Shawn grabbed my chin and tilted my head, making me face him.

"It's silly, it's just that in the show, Asher cheated on his girlfriend with Olivia and I just- It- I just don't want you to cheat on me, that's all" 

"Oh Keeli, I would never, I could never do something like that to you, I love you too much to do that. I married you and not anyone else, I put a baby inside you and not anyone else. You are my world, my everything and I wouldn't have it any other way" Shawn captured my lips in a sweet kiss, pouring his love into the kiss he lifted me gently off the couch and sat me on his lap. I straddled his waist as I rested my hands on his shoulders. 

Shawn gently rubbed his hands up and down my back, kissing my cheek softly. "I love you so much Keeli that it hurts. I have this constant feeling that I need to please you and that I need to buy everything for you. I just want to give you everything. You deserve everything because you are an amazing, intelligent, kind and beautiful woman. I am extremely lucky that you chose me to be your partner in crime. If I could go back in time I would not do a single thing differently because my life choices led me to you. My life is perfect the way it is right now and I wouldn't change a single thing about it" Shawn softly wiped away the tears that trickled down my cheeks. 

"You really mean that?" I softly cried as Shawn nodded his head.

"Baby, don't cry" Shawn hugged me carefully, trying not to squish the growing human being inside of me.

"I love you so much Shawn, I am just scared I'll lose you" I sniffled as I wiped my face with the sleeve of my shirt.

"You're never going to lose me" I dried all my tears and nodded my head as I sat back down next to Shawn on the couch. I cuddled into his side, resting my head on his chest. Shawn kissed the top of my head as my eyes became droopy.

I let out a deep sigh as I closed my eyes, Shawn kissed the crown of my head and whispered softly into my ear. "I am here to stay."
