Conan's POV

" Check the mail and make it clear to them." I said to Peter.

" Sure." He said.

" And check it properly if there's something wrong with the conditions. Check it very carefully. Let me know if there's something wrong. And send me my schedule for today. Didn't Abigail left to you?" I asked.

" Yes, sir. I will do that. Don't worry." He said.

" Alright. You can go now." I said to him.

Peter was handling Sarah's work as well. Because Sarah took a day off. It was her best friend Paris's birthday. She wanted to celebrate it with her. I let her go and enjoy her day with her best friend. It will make her happy and her happiness matters. But I was missing her. It was really hard. She invited me on the birthday party of her best friend but it is in the evening. I hope I can hold back myself until then. God helps me in that.

I heard a knock and sit straight.

" Come in!!!" I said to the person who was waiting outside for my permission to come in. The door opened and I found Jessica. I waited for her to stay over but it seemed she has seen something very exciting that her eyes were shining with pure joy.

" What happened?" I asked her.

" Sir, I ...mean... I am very happy. I met someone whom everyone loves. She is here. I can't believe. I just love her. She is more beautiful in real." She said excitedly.

" Good but why are you saying that to me?" I asked her.

" Sir, she is here to meet you." She said.

" Who is here to meet me?" I asked her.

" Sir, Eleanore Stewart. She is here. She is waiting outside. She asked me to check if you are busy or not." She said. What?!!

" Doesn't matter. Go tell her to come in. Never make her wait whenever she comes to meet me." I said.

I owe a lot to this girl. She was an Angel for me. Luckily she was there that day. Otherwise I would be killed for real. I heard everything from Mila after I woke up and I couldn't thank more that at least she was clever enough. I heard a knock and the next moment I found Eleanore with her famous Angelic smile entering my cabin. I chuckled. Why these girls are so childish!!! First Sarah then Eleanore.

" Hey!!!" She said in her cheery tone.

" Come have a seat." I said and she sat across me.

" What's going on?" She asked me.

" Just was working on the new project. What bring you here?" I asked her. She smiled mischievously.

" I heard you have a very beautiful secretary who got you on your toes?" She asked winking at me. I chuckled.

" Yes, forget and forgive. Isn't that what you have said?" I asked her and she chuckled.

" Yes, I am happy that you decided to move on in your life. You made a very good decision, Buddy." She said and I chuckled.

" Yeah. Seems so." I said.

" So, you will forgive everyone who was the culprit?" She asked me.

" Yeah, I decided it long back. Taking revenge will be a stupid decision as it will involve the innocent people as well." I said to her and she nodded.

" Will you forgive Veronica?" She asked me. I looked at her for a moment and I nodded.

" Yes, I forgave her long back. It took a lot of courage and strength to do it but I make it." I said.

" She went to my studio this morning and bought me a big box of chocolates and donated a big amount on the charity organization that I am working with. She asked for my forgiveness. She said sorry. I think she was sorry for real. I forgave her at once." She said and I nodded.

" You did a good thing. I appreciate that." I said.

" She is waiting outside. She wants to talk to you but doesn't have enough courage to do that. If you allow her to come in then she may be a bit comfortable. I think you should talk to her and forgive that you said just now." She said and I was shocked.

After all these years she remembered that she has to say sorry?! May be she knows that Sarah is with me now. May be she thought I will take revenge on her dear sister which I won't.

" Ok. Tell her to come in." I said.

" Remember forgive and forget." She said and I smiled.

" Don't worry." I said and she smiled back.

She went out and I heard a knock on the door.

" Come in." I said and waited for her to come in. I found no one was coming in. I sighed. May be she was hesitating. " You can come in. No one is going to harm you." I said and heard the door was opening in a few moment. I found Veronica. She wasn't looking alright. Did guilt really stabbed her that much?! Who knows!!! May be.

" Have a seat." I said. She sat down across me looking down didn't say anything. Just kept silent. " Do you want to say something?" I asked her. She nodded.

" If you are going to say sorry then don't. I have forgiven you already because of Sarah. I really love her. I don't want her to be upset." I said.

" I..." She stopped and nodded her head. " I am still sorry." She said taking a deep breath.

" You are forgiven." I said.

" Don't hurt Sarah for my sins. She is innocent little girl." She said and I could see those emotions on her eyes.

" I said I love her. For real." I said. " Falling in love with her was the most beautiful feelings. She is the girl I meant to be with. I accepted my fate." I said.

" You choose the perfect girl. I didn't even ever match you. I am not bringing the past but I think this was meant to happen." She said and I nodded.

" Yeah. I think so." I said and she went silent. Then sighed deeply.

" I might be a heartless bi*ch but my love for Sarah is the only true feeling in my life. Only constant that never changed. I don't want her fall into trouble for me." She said.

" I am not going to hurt her. You can relax." I said.

" Thank you." She said. " I realized my mistakes. I want to say sorry to everyone. But I don't know if I have enough time or not."

" What happened to you?" I asked her.

She started to explain everything from the start and my eyes widened. I felt sorry for her. No matter what she has done to me I couldn't wish this miserable thing for her.

" I just.." she sighed. " I just don't want Sarah hate me. Can you please not reveal my ugly face in front of her?! It's a request." She begged. I sighed.

" Ok. I don't want to reveal the truth that will hurt her." I said.

" Thank you." She said. " I have gifted everyone something from whom I have asked forgiveness. I couldn't bring anything for you. But I have a gift for you." She said and I looked at her. " I give you my sister. I think you will be a perfect husband for her." She said smilingly.
