Conan's POV

" Why are you smiling like an idiot?" Mila asked me.

" When did I smile like an idiot? I am not smiling. Why are you asking me that?" I asked her.

" Because you were smiling like a stupid awhile back." She said.

" I wasn't." I said.

" Yes, you were, little Hunter." She said.

" Where is Adam?" I asked him.

" I don't know. May be sleeping till now." She said.

" You guys have fought again?" I asked him.

" No, we haven't." She said.

" Then why don't you know where he is?" I asked her.

" He was sleeping when I came downstairs." She said.

" Camilla!!!" I heard Adam calling her.

" There comes your crazy husband." I said to her. She chuckled.

" Downstairs, hon." She said and he came to her then wrapped his arm around her shoulder and kissed on her cheek.

" Good morning." He said.

" Public place alert." I said.

" You little Hunter haven't leave for office yet?!" He asked me and I chuckled.

" No, I haven't." I rolled my eyes.

" Go to office. Let me spend time with my wife." He said and I chuckled.

" Don't you think you will go bankrupt if you keep skipping your office daily and let your employees do whatever they want to?" I asked him.

" Who cares!!! This woman matters the most in my life. You can think of anything else but I can't. I have missed her smile for 5 damn years." He said and I sighed. I have made them all suffer all these years.

" I am sorry." I said and sighed.

" Why?" He asked weirdly.

" What happened now?" Mila asked me.

" Nothing happened. I am just feeling guilty for making you both suffer all these years." I said to them. Mila hugged me tightly.

" Ssssssshhh!!! Don't even say something like that." She said to me. " You and Adam both are my world for me. If you guys were not with me then I don't know what would I do!!! I am grateful that God has given me you both." She said kissing my forehead. "My little marshmallow, my little cupcake, my maple syrup." She said pinching on my nose. I glared at her.

" Don't call me that." I said irritatingly.

" You used to love being called all these when you were young. You used to call me Mili and you never had eaten by yourself until I used to feed you. My little one has grown up." She said and I hold her hands and kissed on her palms. She smiled widely.

" I will always remain your little one. No one can change that. No matter how old we become." I said.

" Yes, even your hair turns white." Adam said and I rolled my eyes.

" You spoiled the moment." I said. Mila chuckled.

" Conan." Mila called me.

" Yes." I said.

" You have always made me so proud of yourself. I am really lucky to have a brother like you. I love you, little brother. God bless you." She said and I sighed.

" Even when I have blamed you and didn't believe you at all about Veronica's truth? You kept telling me about her but I didn't trust you. I have even acted very rudely with you. I was so stupid and blinded in love with a wrong person." I said to her.

" I forget everything long back, little one. You too forget that. Forgive and forget. This how things works." She said to me. I sighed.

" I am sorry for that. I should have trusted you." I said and she caressed my cheek.

" You are here with me that's enough, Conan. Seeing you in the hospital lifelessly laying all these years almost killed a part of me. I don't want anything else." She said and I smiled.

" But I want something more." I said. " From you both." I said to them.

" Don't you think you guys should made me an uncle now? See, this house seems so silent and dull. If there were some kids then it would be so nice to spend time with them." I said to them. Mila glared at me. " What?! It's true." I said to her.

" We will think about it." Adam said smirking at me.

" You should have some kids. See I have grown up now I am no more a kid. So, come on." I said to her. She chuckled.

" You are whining like it's an ice cream go and pick one from ice cream parlour." She said and I chuckled.

" Easy girl, easy. You can do it." I said and she rolled her eyes.

" Go to office. You are getting late." She said and I chuckled.

" I may not show up fir dinner tonight. I have a meeting. You guys enjoy your time together. I will be late tonight." I said to them.

" Thank you, little Hunter." Adam said and I rolled my eyes.

" Don't be too late. You need to have rest as well. Don't forget to take your medicine." She said and I nodded.

" I am going. Bye. See you tomorrow morning." I said to them as I walked out of the house.

I reached office and called Peter to send my schedule for today but he said he gave it to Sarah. What is she doing with the schedule then?!! I was going to find her out but I found her talking to Jessica in the lobby. Not actually talking more like mocking each other. I sighed. She has a sharp mouth which is going to lead her in a trouble in near future. I have to do something about it. As this fight was turning worst I decided to stop them.

" Follow me." I said to her. I looked back and found her smirking at Jessica who was fuming.

" Did I ask you to do something?" I asked her.

" Oh, yes." She said.

I reached my cabin and gestured her to go inside first. She went inside silently. Good for her.

" What happened earlier?" I asked her.

" She started." She replied at once.

" You know you shouldn't use your mouth always meaninglessly?" I asked her.

" But she started. She called me ugly first." She said.

" See? Wasn't it meaningless?" I asked her.

" What?" She asked me back.

" Her bickering. She called you ugly because she is jealous of you. Do you think you are ugly?" I asked her.

" Am I ugly?" She asked me back. Urrrghh!!!

" No, you are not. Not at all." I said to her.

" Oh!!" She said.

" But you showed disobedience towards your senior. Do you think what does that mean?" I asked her and she shook her head. " That means you are going to get a punishment." I said taking a step towards her.

" Which punishment?" She took steps back and I kept reaching her until her back hit the door. I leaned over her and she glared at me. I leaned more and she covered her face with her palms. Did she think I was going to kiss her!!! Silly!!! I leaned on her ear.

" You have to keep your mouth shut for 24 hours in the office." I said to her and she looked at me shocked removing her palms from her face.
