Conan's POV

" I reffed all of them to your project. They will work for you." Jeffery said.

" Thanks, Bro." I said to him and he chuckled.

" The prankster is included in the team." He said.

" Prankster?!" I asked.

" Your girl. Silly!!! She is a certified prankster." He said and I looked at him weirdly for awhile.

My girl!!! Does it feel awkward to hear!!!

It feels good. My brain said.

Shut up. I silenced my brain.

" She is not my girl." I said to him.

" Really?! Then you won't be angry if I hit on her, right? She is beautiful anyways. Anyone will be desperate to have a girl like her." He said smirkingly.

" Stay the hell away from her." I said. He chuckled.

" I will not dare to look at her when she has someone already around her." He said. What?!! Who is that guy!!!

" Who is that bust*rd?" I gritted.

" Who?" He asked.

" Who is after her? Damn it." I said. He chuckled.

" I think his name is Conan Hunter." He said. I rolled my eyes.

" Die." I said to him.

" Really?! You are not after her then?" He asked me.

" No, I am not." I said.

" Liar." He said and I sighed.

" Just keep quiet. Don't talk too much." I said to him. He chuckled.

" You are going to be their boss. But don't make my students work much. They are not expert in this. They are just beginner." He said.

" I know they are beginners." She said.

" I don't have any idea how they will work but I think they will do their best. Besides they were very attentive in their classes. May be you can just send things as a reference to be on their performance. It was be easier to remark them." He said.

" Sure. I will ask my PA to do that." I said.

" Thanks then. I should go now. I have classes to handle. See you next time." He said as he stood up and I followed him.

He got out and talked with his students for awhile. Then left. I walked past them but couldn't find the Savage girl. Where is she?!!

Why am I bothering myself?! I don't care. If she is late then she will get a negative remark on her profile. That's it. Why should I care about her?! If she is not sincere in her work then it's her fault. I shrugged and went to the conference room.

" Sir, should I call them here?" My PA asked me.

" Go, tell Jessica to take them here." I said to him and he nodded. 

" Conan!!" I heard Paul.

" What happened?" I asked him.

" Mason is currently not doing anything suspicious. He is settled down in his life. Got married 2 years back. Has a daughter as well. Totally family Guy." He said.

" Hmm... Great. Very good. I think his daughter shielded him this time. If not then he would be under 10 feet of ground already. Taking a father away from his child is not my words." I said and he nodded.

I know how much a father is needed for a child when he or she is growing up. I have faced that struggling. I don't want any one else to face that. It is hell miserable. I don't want any kid face that situation.

" Ok. If you say so." He said.

" But keep an eye on him. He still is the same Mason who stabbed me on my back. Bloody traitor!!" I said.

" Don't worry. I will keep him under supervision." He said.

" Good." I said.

" I will be get going now." He said.

" Meet me in the evening." I said to him.

" Sure." He left the conference room and I sat down waiting for the apprentices.

Soon I heard people entering the conference room. I sat straight. They took their seats and I scanned them quickly and found the Savage girl there sitting with all of them. Good. She is not late in the first day of her office. I analyzed the group of people in my point of view. They were really beginners. I examined the girl who was looking at me with widened eyes with the corner of my eyes. She gulped and I chuckled.

Here you go. Your test is starting from now. Let's see how long can you endure. Let's just see. I stood up and everyone looked at me attentively.

" Good morning, everyone. Though you all know me, still I will introduce myself. I am Caleb Fitzston. 6 months from now, I will be your boss." I said and they nodded except for one who was still shocked. " If any of you is a uncomfortable, he or she can have some water to calm down theirselves." I said and smirked inwardly. But to my surprise many of them really had water and tried to calm theirselves. Ok. I can understand. Too much obedience is dangerous as well.

" There is nothing to get nervous. I have 4 rules in my office. If you follow them then it won't be a problem." I said. I looked around and found everyone nodding.

" 1. Late employees not allowed." I said. " Mark this point and seal it in your mind clearly."

" 2. Punctuality is the root of success. If you failed to be punctual then no need to come to my office from the next day." I said and everyone nodded.

" 3. Obedience is must needed in office. If you are not obedient then you don't have to come to office. Because I don't allow disobedient employee in my office."  I said.

" 4. And forth point is, your sense of choosing outfit. If you don't think this is office then you don't have to come to office. Decent clothing sense is required in the office if you fail to follow that rule then you won't be able to find yourself in the office." I said.

" I hope I made everything clear to you all." I said. " All the best for your internship. If you have any problem them you can leave. And if you still have anything to ask then you can talk to Jessica. She will make things clear to you all." I said. " Now if you will excuse me." I said and came out of the conference room not before checking the savage girl who was still looking a bit shocked. I chuckled.
