Sarah's POV

" Where were you all the day?" Nikki asked me.

" I went to do my wedding shopping." I said.

" So you are getting married for real?" She asked me as she sat across me.

" Yes, being alone in life is not a good choice." I said.

" Yes, you are right." She said.

" Don't go to vacation before my wedding." I said to her. She chuckled.

" I won't. I have to give you away to your husband." She said and I nodded.

" So you have chosen the wedding dress? How is it?" She asked me.

" I called you several times to tell you to come with me but you didn't answer my call anyways." I said.

" I... I had some works to do. I saw you are calling but I was sort of busy." She said.

" Oh. But you said you are on a vacation?" I asked her.

" Yes, I am on vacation. But why?" She asked me.

" No, you said you are in vacation then you are out for works. It kinda confused me. Nevermind." I said.

" Oh. I had a appointment with the doctor. That's it." She said.

" Doctor's appointment?!! " I asked weirdly. " What happened to you? Are you alright?"

" Yes, It was a regular check-up. You know? Going on a vacation so I have to be fit and healthy. Otherwise it will not be good for me to travel much. And I want to travel all over the world. You can say around the world in as much as it take." She said and I chuckled.

I can see the old Nikki in her. The sweet girl with a lot of energy and jolly natured person like she was before. I am happy that she is coming back to life not thinking like she did in the past.

" For a moment  just thought you are going to say Around The World In 80 Days." I said.

" I don't have any rush like Phileas Fogg. I can do it smoothly. I just want to visit places that I always wanted to. I had a dream to see the whole world before I die when I was a little kid. You remember we used to paint the walls in our room and write names of places to pretend to be there?" She asked me. I chuckled.

" Yeah, then we used to pretend like we are roaming around various cities asking people around where exactly we were." I said and she giggled.

" You remember we used to make a aeroplane using our toys and sit there to travel places." She said.

" And we pretended like we were the pilot of the plane." I said.

" You remember once we got a puppy in the street it was just new born puppy and crying for it's mommy?" She asked.

" Yeah, I remember. We were about to bring it home but suddenly it's mother came and started to chase us thinking we were trying to hurt her baby." I said to her.

" Yeah, you remember we were hiding under Mrs. Davenport's window and she thought we are thief." She said and I chuckled.

" Where is Mrs. Davenport by the way. I haven't seen her these days. She moved to another place?" I asked her.

" You can say that. Mr. Davenport died 2 years back. She sold everything and went back to Norway." She said. I sighed sadly. Mr. Davenport was an excellent person.

" Don't be sad. He is in a better place now." She said and I nodded.

" Yeah, you remember how he used to play piano every evening for hours and we used to listen to it every evening very eagerly. Once Mr. Davenport was sick. We were so worried about him all the night." I said.

" Yes, the next day we went to meet him with a big bouquet. He was so astonished seeing us there." She said.

" Oh, what about David and Johanna? What are they doing these days? They moved to Norway with their mother as well?" I asked her.

" No, as much as I remember about it, Johanna got married and lives in LA with her husband and David moved to Germany for his job." She said.

" Oh, Mrs. Davenport is alone now?" I asked her.

" Yeah, she is alone these days. Her kids are away from her." She said.

" When is the last time you have seen her?" I asked her.

" 2 years back when she left." She said.

" Oh, that's it. How is Florence doing these days? Is she still living here or not?" I asked her.

" Yeah, she is still living here. She has got married again though. This time her husband is 12 years younger than her. Not complaining but I think there is a sequence you know?! First William was 4 years younger than her, Then comes Jacob who was 8 years younger than her now here's her third hubby Charlie who is 12 years younger than her." She said and I chuckled.

" Is she happy now?" I asked.

" I don't know that yet. If she is not happy then she will let all know soon. Besides she got married a few months back. It's still early to figure it out." She said and I nodded.

" Yeah, I hope she is happy now." I said.

" You remember, the happy twins?" She asked me.

" Ekterina and Aleksandra? Where are they these days?" I asked her.

" They are still here. Still living happily. Weirdly they got married with two identical twins and had kids both of them have twins. Their story is happily ever after type. So smooth. They are lucky to live a life like that." She said.

" Considering that fact everyone is happy. But we destroy our happiness by our own. Because we try to make ourselves happy without considering that we are going to ruin what we have to make us happy. We don't try to be happy when we try to make us happy. We actually make ourselves unhappy by destroying the peace that we have trying to copy others when they are living in a completely different situation and we think we can be them. But God made us ourselves for a reason. When we try to ignore ourselves and try to be someone else that destroys our happiness." I said mindlessly. She chuckled.

" You have grown up, Sarah." She said and I chuckled.

" Yeah, I am an Woman now." I said.

" You are still a girl but big one." She said patting my head.
