Isabella's POV

Everything goes back to normal as I wake up. I take a shower, get dressed, eat, walk to class, etc. I go through the torture of all my morning classes and then, finally, it's lunch. I sit with Rose and she smiles wide as we both open our salads. I roll my eyes.

"What is it?" She tilts her head to the right. I look and see Aiden with Alex and a few other guys on the soccer team. That was normal, except this time, Aiden is staring at me, smiling. I blush and he smirks. I look away. "What about him?" She shrugs. "Only that every girl knows you and Aiden have something going on." I let out a groan and roll my eyes. "What is this? High school? He's not theirs, he's not mine. I don't know why everyone feels they have the right to just get so upset for knowing that another person has a significant other in their life,"

It was seriously getting annoying having to constantly worry something is going to happen because I kissed someone. I aggressively start forking salad into my mouth. She bursts into laughter. "Calm down love, it's not like anyone has said anything have they?" I shake my head. "No, they won't say anything, it's in their actions." She nods as if she doesn't believe me.

She stares behind me and I follow her eyes. I watch as Jenna gets a salad and a coke. She starts walking toward Rose and I. I cringe and then turn around. "Please don't come over here," I repeated under my breath over and over. "So," She chirps loudly. I let out a sigh then turn. She gives me a disgusted look then turns her attention to  Rose. "I wanted to talk about our drama act." Rose shakes her head. "You have my number, text me later." She scoffs. I watch as she goes to turn then stops. She eyes the coke and my white crop top. I shake my head, but it's already too late.

I feel a cold, sticky, liquid go down my shirt. I let out a scream that gets the entire cafeteria's attention. And just like the thousands of books, I read, of course, my shirt was see-through and wet. How cliche. So, all the guys watched and whistled as my black bra stood out like a sore thumb. The girls either cringed or laughed. I didn't even want to look at Aiden. So much deja vu.

She lets out a low laugh. "Oh my god! I'm so sorry! I didn't watch where I was going!" I shake my head. What a fucking liar. "I h-hate you," I say, my teeth clattering. Why was I so cold? Then I felt a boulder in my throat. I will not cry right now. She laughs harder than before. That's the last time I'll let her mess with me. So while she laughs and everyone's distracted I pull my right arm back and punch her in the face. She gasps and so does everyone else. Tears start welling up in her eyes as the guys clap.

I feel a familiar big hand grab my shoulder. I jump at his touch but slowly turn around. I look up to Aiden. He gives me a sorry smile, then he just took off his shirt. Any girl not looking was definitely looking now. Everyone's jaw dropped as he gave me his shirt. Mine did too. "Put it on beautiful," He said loud enough for everyone to hear. I looked up at him with big, wondering eyes. He smiled. "Come on Munchkin, I don't like guys looking at what's mine," My jaw dropped farther.

Once he realized I wasn't going to move anytime soon, he laughed and put the shirt on for me. Then he turned me around to look at the expression on Jenna's face. She was mad, broken, hurt, dumbfounded, along with the purple bruise forming on her face.  A smile of satisfaction lands on Aiden and I's face. I turn to look at him and a tear escapes. "Thank you," another one. I let out a small laugh. "I'm so grateful I don't even know how to put it into words, I'm sorry for crying, I know it's drama-" He stops me by planting a  kiss on my lips. His hands caress my cheeks. I smile against his lips and kiss back. He then smiles against my lips and we pull apart because we couldn't keep straight faces.
